し、この排出されたスラリーとボールは排出管7
を通して篩8に送り、ここでスラリーとボールを
分け、スラリーは排出管8を通してスラリータン
ク9に送られて貯溜され、ボールはフイーダ10
によりボール水洗槽11に送られてここで水洗さ
れ、水洗されたボールは輸送管12を通して篩1
3に送られ、ここで水切りされてボールのみフイ
ーダ10′により中空回転軸4内に再び投入され

粒子を微粉砕することを繰返す。この被粉砕物粒
子の湿式微粉砕に於いて粉砕媒体であるボールは
槽17内で矢印の如く移動するが、そのボール面

被粉砕物粒子が湿式微粉砕されて得られた製品ス

が生じ、しかも粒子の粒度幅が広くなるものであ

33によつて架台26に回転可能に支持され固定
槽25の底板を貫通した垂直回転軸34の上端に
支持されている。この回転槽30の内周面35は
円錐状に形成されて周壁が中空状になされ、下端
部外周には等角度間隔に複数の、本例では4個の
開口36が設けられ、この開口36の内側に回転
槽30の回転によりポンプ作用をするインペラー
37が設けられており、回転槽30の底板38の
下面には撹拌羽根39が複数枚、本例では4枚設
けられている。40は前記固定槽25内の上部空
間、41は固定槽25の上端に設けられた上部ケ
ーシングで、中央に投入口42が設けられ、その
側方にガス通路43が設けられている。44は垂
直回転軸34の下端に固着されたプーリ、45は
駆動ベルトであり、この駆動ベルト45は電動機
の回転軸上のプーリ(図示省略)と前記プーリ4
4に掛け渡されている。

スラリーは高速回転している回転槽30の回転力
によつて上向き旋回流となつて上昇し、スラリー
中の被粉砕物粒子はボール相互、ボールと回転槽
30の外周面、更にはボールと固定槽25の内周
面との間に於ける衝突、滑りによつて粉砕及び摩
砕される。環状の間隙31を出て固定槽25の上
部空間40に達したボールとスラリーは、ここか
ら回転槽30内に入り、以後前記の回転槽30→
開口36→環状間隙31→上部空間40→回転槽

ら、従来の媒体撹拌型粉砕機のように機外に循環
回路を設ける必要が無く、その付帯設備の費用な

本機のみで良いので、至つて簡易で、多くの労力
