ーム、フエノールフオーム、ポリイソシアヌレー
トフオームが主として用いられ、不織布としては
セラミツクペーパー、アスベストペーパー等の無
機材料不織布、ポリエステル、セルロース等の有
機材料不織布、及び無機材料と有機材料の混合不
織布が用いられ、合成樹脂フイルムとしてはポリ
エチレンフイルム等が用いられている。しかし、
表面層と芯材層の接着強度が弱く剥離し易い欠点
を有していた。

合成樹脂原料の滲み出しを防止する目的のポリエ
チレンフイルムからなる合成樹脂フイルム3、及
びガラスペーパー4からなり、各々は接着剤等で
接着積層され、このガラスペーパー4の内部に芯
材層5の液状合成樹脂原料が滲透して発泡固化す
ることにより表面層1と芯材層5の接着力がより
強固なものになる。合成樹脂フイルム3は、ポリ
エチレンフイルムの他、塩化ビニル樹脂フイルム
の使用も可能である。又、塩化ビニルエマルジヨ
ンをガラスペーパー2,4のいずれかに塗布する
ことにより合成樹脂フイルム3を形成し、それと
同時にガラスペーパー2,4と合成樹脂フイルム
3を接着させることも可能である。
