This type of conventional beverage cooling device uses a thrust-type stirring blade that sends out the cooling liquid in the axial direction. It was covered with a hollow cylindrical body, and these stirring blades and the cylindrical body performed a pumping action to circulate the cooling liquid. However, with this thrust-type stirring blade, if the cooling liquid is sent toward the bottom, the flow collides with the bottom and weakens, reducing the stirring effect, and conversely, if it is sent upward, the liquid level rises and this This had the disadvantage that the forced circulation force was lost, further reducing the stirring effect.

Below, a diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention will be described. Reference numeral 1 denotes a main body, which houses a part of a refrigeration device such as a compressor and a condenser (not shown) in its lower part, and has a liquid tank 2 in its upper part containing a cooling liquid 3 such as water or antifreeze. Inside the liquid tank 2, there is an evaporation pipe 4 connected to the compressor and condenser of the refrigeration system, and an evaporation pipe 4 whose base end is connected to the condenser.
A beverage cooling pipe 5, which is connected to a beverage supply source (not shown) through a pipe and whose tip can be opened via a spout 7, is submerged in water. Both of these tubes 4 and 5 are each wound into a vertical coil shape and are arranged approximately concentrically with the evaporation tube 4 facing inside.

At approximately the center of the bottom of the liquid tank 2, a stirring blade 9 rotated by a motor 8 is arranged such that its axis is approximately perpendicular to the bottom surface of the liquid tank 2 and approximately concentric with the coil centers of the tubes 4 and 5. It is installed and arranged so that
The stirring blades 9 are of a centrifugal force type that sends out the coolant 3 in a radial direction, and are adapted to send out the coolant 3 toward the surroundings approximately along the bottom of the liquid tank 2 by rotation.

A hollow cylindrical body 10 is provided above the stirring blade 9 and approximately concentrically therewith. This cylindrical body 1
The upper end of 0 is located above the coolant 3 so as to guide the coolant 3 into the cylindrical body 10 from near the liquid surface 3a, and the other lower end is located above the coolant 3 so as to guide the coolant 3 into the cylindrical body 10 from near the liquid surface 3a. The stirring blade 9 is effectively guided from the stirring blade 9 to the stirring blade 9.
It extends almost to the top.

The cylindrical body 10 is provided at an appropriate interval within the coil of the evaporation tube 4, and when water is used as the coolant 3, a predetermined amount of water is placed around the cylindrical body 10 as shown by the two-dot chain line. Preferably, an ice layer 11 can be formed. Therefore, the coil diameter of the evaporation tube 4, the inner and outer diameters of the cylindrical body 10, and the rotational diameter of the stirring blade 9 are related to each other and determined as appropriate. It goes without saying that the sizes of the evaporating tube 4 and the stirring blades 9 can be freely selected by reducing or expanding them according to the size of the evaporating tube 4 and the stirring blade 9. In addition, in the figure, 12 is the ice layer 11.
This is an ice accumulation detection element that detects the ice and turns the refrigeration system on and off to control the thickness of the ice layer 11.

Next, the operation of this device will be explained. Since the stirring blades 9 are of the centrifugal force type, their rotation sends out the cooling liquid 3 at the bottom of the liquid tank 2 toward the surroundings, and the cooling liquid 3 in the center, that is, the cylindrical body 10
aspirate. Therefore, at the bottom of the liquid tank 2,
A flow as shown by arrow A occurs. On the other hand, as the cooling liquid 3 inside the cylindrical body 10 is sucked downward, a flow as shown by arrow B is generated in the upper part of the liquid tank 2. Further, an upward flow as shown by arrow C is generated between the cylindrical body 10 and the side surface of the liquid tank 2 in conjunction with the flows shown as arrows A and B, and the cylindrical body 10

This circulating flow is an active flow caused by the centrifugal stirring blades 9 in the part indicated by arrow A, so needless to say, it flows smoothly without being obstructed by the bottom surface of the liquid tank 2, and in the part indicated by arrow B. In the part shown, there is nothing that obstructs the flow, so it flows with almost no resistance. However, on the way from the part indicated by arrow A to the part indicated by arrow C, the flow hits the side surface of the liquid tank 2, giving resistance to the circulating flow. However, since the collision of the flow against this side surface is where the flow is most widespread, the flow velocity is a fraction of the flow velocity within the cylindrical body 10, and the influence of this collision is extremely small. Therefore, the circulation flow is carried out very smoothly under a smaller flow resistance, and heat exchange between the evaporation pipe 4 and the beverage cooling pipe 5 is performed effectively.

The cylindrical body 10 not only serves to effectively generate a circulating flow between the bottom and the upper part of the liquid tank 2 and prevent the generation of a small partial circulating flow that is short-circuited around the stirring blade 9, but also serves to prevent the occurrence of a small partial circulating flow that is short-circuited around the stirring blade 9. 3, use water to form an ice layer 11 around the evaporation tube 4 as shown in the figure, and this ice layer 11
When storing cooling capacity in an accumulator type, it is necessary to restrict the flow of the coolant 3 around the evaporator tube 4 in the direction along the coil. It also has the role of forming a beautiful cylindrical ice layer 11 and enabling appropriate ice storage.

As described above, according to the present invention, the cooling liquid in the liquid tank can be efficiently circulated under lower resistance, and the cooling effect can be sufficiently increased with lower power.
