DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a formwork for concrete pouring used in pouring concrete for construction work and the like.

The desired properties of this type of formwork are that it is lightweight, difficult to deform, and has good peelability from concrete. By the way, conventionally used formwork is generally made of metal, but the surface of metal such as iron plates is easily corroded and scratched, which makes it difficult to separate from concrete, making it difficult to use. There were disadvantages such as the need to apply oil to the contact surface with concrete, which required a lot of effort, and the cost of materials.

Therefore, in recent years, rubber formwork has been developed that has good peelability from concrete. However, because of the material it is made of, this formwork must be thick, which increases its weight, making it difficult to work with and also increases its cost.

In order to improve these drawbacks, the present invention provides a formwork for pouring concrete which has the advantages of conventional metal formworks and also has good peelability from concrete.

Reference numeral 1 is a metal base such as an iron plate that can be easily press-formed, and a convex portion 1a of a desired shape (triangular in this example) is formed on the surface, and reinforcing ribs 1b are formed on the back surface by means of welding or the like. It is fixed in place. Note that since the rib 1b has a relatively thin plate thickness, it is used to prevent deformation. 2 is a glass resin applied to the surface of the substrate 1 by a spray gun or by dipping.

Therefore, when the formwork formed in this way is used to construct a frame and then concrete is poured, since the contact surface with the concrete is the glass resin 2, after the concrete solidifies, the concrete and Since the glass resin 2 has a very smooth surface, the surface of the concrete after peeling becomes glossy, and therefore, the amount of paint applied in the subsequent painting process can be reduced, making the work easier. It is possible to improve performance and reduce material costs. Moreover, since the glass resin 2 is hard, it is hard to be damaged even after repeated use, and therefore, it can be easily peeled off from concrete for a long time.

As described above, the present invention has the following advantages: 1. Since glass resin is applied to the surface of the metal base with the iron plate, the surface will not be scratched even after repeated use, unlike conventional iron formwork. It peels well from concrete even after repeated use over a long period of time, so there is no need for labor or materials such as applying oil, and since the concrete surface has a gloss after peeling off the formwork, it is easy to use in post-processing. This has the effect of making painting work easier and reducing the amount of paint used.
