By the way, conventionally used formwork is generally made of metal, but the surface of metal such as iron plates is easily corroded and scratched, which makes it difficult to separate from concrete, making it difficult to use. There were disadvantages such as the need to apply oil to the contact surface with concrete, which required a lot of effort, and the cost of materials.

It is fixed in place. Note that since the rib 1b has a relatively thin plate thickness, it is used to prevent deformation. 2 is a glass resin applied to the surface of the substrate 1 by a spray gun or by dipping.

It is possible to improve performance and reduce material costs. Moreover, since the glass resin 2 is hard, it is hard to be damaged even after repeated use, and therefore, it can be easily peeled off from concrete for a long time.

Since glass resin is applied to the surface of the metal base with the iron plate, the surface will not be scratched even after repeated use, unlike conventional iron formwork. It peels well from concrete even after repeated use over a long period of time, so there is no need for labor or materials such as applying oil, and since the concrete surface has a gloss after peeling off the formwork, it is easy to use in post-processing. This has the effect of making painting work easier and reducing the amount of paint used.
