【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は厨房装置に関し、更に詳しくは調理

き暖房位置に切換えるダンパーＤを有した厨房装
置は例えば実公昭41−21971号で知られている。
尚Ｅは調理室、Ｆは温風吹出口、Ｇは温風フアン
である。これによれば一つの厨房装置で調理機能
と暖房機能とを有して良いが、ダンパーＤを調理
位置と暖房位置とに切換える必要がある。この切
換の為にダンパーＤの開閉を必要とするが、その
開閉手段の複雑さ及び開閉作動の信頼性に問題が

る。又該空気流は二つの送風機による引つ張りで

装置の温風吹出口を備えた厨房装置に於て、両装
置に兼用の燃焼室を設けると共に、該燃焼室にそ
の中に設けられたバーナをはさんで両側に開口を
設け、更に該開口付近にそれぞれ送風機を設け、
前記開口の一つは前記温風吹出口とし、他の一つ
は前記調理室への出口とした事を特徴とした厨房
