However, walls repaired using this type of method require many steps, require suspension of habitation, increase costs, take more days, have poor insulation and waterproof properties, and require the use of accessories in each part. There were drawbacks such as it was not easy. In addition, since the existing mortar outer wall is heavily impregnated with moisture, simply installing and fixing the insulation material has the disadvantage of causing mold and the like.

Fix it with nails and use tools to secure it around windows, bases, exits,
It is easy to install in corners, is low cost, takes a short time, and is beautiful. Furthermore, it has corrosion resistance, air cycle function, humidity control, position guidance, and can update the appearance of the exterior wall, and does not require skill. This project proposes an exterior wall repair wall structure that can be constructed without any additional work.

ある。The outer wall structure according to the present invention will be explained in detail below using the drawings. FIGS. 1(a) and 1(bl) are perspective views showing a typical example of the above invention, and FIG. 1(a) shows a vertical rim, (
The bl diagram shows the case with a horizontal trunk border. In other words, Figure 1 (
al, (b) is a perspective view showing an example of the basic exterior wall repair structure of the above invention, especially the exterior wall repair structure. It consists of a mortar wall 6. In addition, the existing wall soil structure includes large walls,
Makabe, mortar wall as a base as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-8129, or glass wool, cellulose fiber, rock wool, between interior material and exterior wall material.
This also includes existing walls filled with plastic foam (for example, mortar walls with plywood primed baseboard instead of lath). 7 is a foundation, 8 is an anchor, 9 is a fabric foundation, IO is a spacer made of a sheathing insulation board, which has waterproofness, humidity control properties, and cushioning properties, and forms a gap 1a for air cycle, and prevents rainwater from flowing into the mortar wall. This prevents the leakage of condensed water and the growth of mold. Its size (width) is 30-50
mx1800mmx9~150 (thickness). 11
is a new dry type exterior wall material (hereinafter simply referred to as exterior wall material), which is made of one or more of the materials shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, such as metal siding materials and ceramic exterior materials.

To explain further, Fig. 2+a) to (p) consist of a metal surface material A, a core material/insulating material B, and a backing material C, and Fig. 3(a) to 伽)
This is a siding in which the front and back materials A and C are made of the same materials as in Figure 2, only the core material/insulating material B is thick, and the lower edge of the female joint part is also filled with core material B. Figures 4(a) to 4(a) show an example of ceramic siding. 12 is a nail, 13 is a batten, and 14 is an accessory (for example, a foundation drainer).

Take measures to remove the position. Next, the batten 13 is fixed to the base 7 via the nails 12. Thereafter, the foundation drainer 14 is fixed, and the outer wall material 11, for example, a board having a cross section as shown in FIG. Furthermore, when the mortar wall 6 is destroyed and a new wall is formed using the conventional method, various problems arise, such as the need to replace studs, replace accessories, install waterproof sheets, and stop occupancy. On the other hand, in order to construct an exterior wall as shown in Fig. 1, a worker simply confirms the position of the studs, etc., then attaches and engages the fixtures one after another, and nails 12 to the predetermined positions are placed in place. All you have to do is fix the housing.
The speed is such that it can be completed in about one day by human workers. Of course, there is no interruption in living, and the exterior can be of any color or wall structure.
