(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, since the decorative sheet laminating device according to the present invention uses a viscous material as a heating and pressurizing medium, it is possible to wrap the entire circumference of the base material with the decorative sheet. If the decorative sheet is set in the adhesive material 2 in this state, a uniform and enormous pressure is applied to the outer surface of the decorative sheet so that the decorative sheet adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the base material. It has the advantage that it can be used for a wide range of products by making it possible to attach a decorative sheet around the circumference of a base material, which was not possible with conventional methods. Furthermore, even when the base material has a complex uneven shape, the air around the workpiece is removed by vacuum suction at the same time as the lamination process, so the decorative sheet can be applied uniformly to the outer circumferential surface of the base material using the pressing force of the viscous material. In addition to firmly pressing, it has various effects such as being able to reliably prevent the occurrence of air pockets between the base material and the decorative sheet, and making it possible to reliably adhere and mold the decorative sheet to the outer peripheral surface of the base material. .

Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of the Invention) This invention provides a decorative sheet made of thermoplastic resin, veneer, etc., which has been given appropriate coloring, printing, etc. on the outer peripheral surface of the base material, and is faithfully aligned along the outer peripheral shape of the base material. This invention relates to a laminating device for decorative sheets that can be pasted and molded onto a decorative sheet. (Prior art and its problems) Generally, a vacuum laminating device is used to attach a decorative sheet made of thermoplastic resin or the like with appropriate colors or printing to the surface of a base material that serves as a product prototype. . A typical vacuum laminating device of this type involves placing a base material on a mounting table with many small holes, heating and softening a synthetic resin decorative sheet coated with adhesive on top of the base material. The decorative sheet is laminated and the decorative sheet is adhered to the surface of the base material by blowing air between the base material and the decorative sheet through small holes drilled in the mounting table. In this case, the base material needs to be porous or have appropriate suction holes formed through the base material in order to suck air. However, in such a vacuum laminating apparatus, the vacuum suction force cannot be set so strongly (usually 0.8
If the base material has a complicated uneven shape, there is a problem that the decorative sheet cannot be adhered faithfully along the shape of the base material. Furthermore, it has been pointed out that if the suction hole is set incorrectly or if the base material has an unusual shape, air pockets may form in some areas, causing the decorative sheet to not adhere faithfully to the surface of the base material. was. In addition, these vacuum laminating devices cannot cover the entire circumference of the base material with a decorative sheet (a mounting table, etc. is required to support the workpiece), which greatly limits the scope of application of these vacuum laminating devices. was participating. (Object of the invention) This invention was made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to enable the attachment of a decorative sheet to the entire circumference of a base material, and to decorate the complex shape of the base material. To provide a laminating device for decorative sheets in which the sheets adhere faithfully, reliably prevent air pockets, and do not impair the sense of unity of the product. (Structure of the Invention) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a laminating apparatus for laminating a decorative sheet along the outer periphery of a base material, the laminating apparatus comprising: a box-shaped support member having an open top; A viscous material is filled in the box-shaped support member, a viscous material heating means is provided on the lower side of the box-shaped support member and heats the viscous material, and a viscous material heating means is arranged to close the opening of the box-shaped support member, and the viscous material is A lid member that forms an airtight chamber on the upper surface, a vacuum suction means that sucks air in the airtight chamber, and a vacuum suction means that is arranged on the bottom and four sides of the box-shaped support member and on the lid member, and the above-mentioned viscous material is placed on the center side. The decorative sheet is heated and softened by the viscous material as the heating and pressurizing medium, and the air near the decorative sheet is evacuated by the vacuum suction means, and the decoration is It is characterized in that a uniform pressing force is applied from the viscous material over the entire circumference of the sheet, and the decorative sheet is evenly adhered to the outer circumference of the base material. (Description of Examples) Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 4 schematically show the laminating apparatus according to the present invention, with Figure 1 being a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing the apparatus in its non-operating state, and Figures 2 and 3 showing its operation. FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the state, and FIG. 4 is a plan view showing the device in a non-operating state. Reference numeral 1 in the figure is a box-shaped support member with an open top surface, and inside this box-shaped support member 1 is a viscous material 2 that is to be a heating and pressurizing medium.
is filled. This viscous material 2 is a clay-like heat-resistant resin, and its viscoelasticity tends to increase with heating. Further, a heating chamber 3 for heating the viscous material 2 is formed in the lower part of the box-shaped support member, and a heater 4 is installed inside this heating chamber 3. 5 is heated, and the heat is transferred to the viscous material 2 via this intervening plate 5. Furthermore, an elastic sheet 6 (for example, a silicone rubber-based elastic sheet) with high heat resistance, oil resistance, and pressure resistance is placed on the upper surface of the viscous material 2. A plurality of holes are formed in the elastic sheet 6, and the peripheral edge 6a of the elastic sheet 6 is fixed to the inner surface of the side wall 1b of the box-shaped support member 1 by means of a fixture 8. Note that a lid member 9 is arranged to be vertically movable to cover the opening 1a from above the elastic sheet 6. . When the lid member 9 closes the opening 1a, the lid member 9 comes into airtight contact with the upper edge 1c of the box-shaped support member 1, thereby forming an airtight chamber 1° above the viscous material 2. A box-shaped support member 1 is used to suck the air inside this airtight chamber 10.
A suction hole 11 is bored in the side wall 1b of the , and this suction hole 11 communicates with a suction pipe 12. By opening and closing a valve 13, one side of the suction pipe 12 is connected to a vacuum pump 14 and the other side is connected to the atmosphere. It is branched into. Further, in the laminating apparatus according to the present invention, means for pressurizing the viscous material 2 are provided on the lower side (inside the heating chamber 3) and the west side of the box-shaped support member 1, and on the lid member. That is, an air cylinder 15 is provided in the heating chamber 3 located below the box-shaped support member 1, and the air cylinder 15 is also fixed to the outer surface of the four side walls 1b of the box-shaped support member 1. And the cylinder rod 16 of these air cylinders 15
is the through hole 1 bored in the intervening plate 5 and the four side walls 1b.
7, and a pressure plate 18 is fixed to the tip of this cylinder rod 16. Therefore, this pressure plate 18 is located within the viscous material 2, and the plate surface 18a of the pressure plate 18 is set to face the center side. Similarly, an air cylinder 15 is fixed to the lid member 9, and a pressure plate 1 is connected via a cylinder rod 16.
9 is set to press the viscous material 2 downward from the upper surface of the elastic sheet 6. This pressure plate 19 is formed in a box shape so as to have a hollow part 20 therein, and a heater 21 is built into this hollow part 20 to heat the viscous material 2 from above. In addition, the reference numeral 22 in the figure is a gasket that seals the cylinder rod 16, and the reference numeral 23 is a gasket that seals the cylinder rod 16.
A rectangular cylindrical frame 23a that abuts the periphery of the pressure plate 18
15 is a rubber sheet stretched over this frame 23; 24 is a heat-resistant material lined on the inner wall surface of the box-shaped support member 1;
a indicates a bracket for mounting the air cylinder 15, respectively. Next, the procedure for laminating the decorative sheet 26 on the surface of the base material 25 will be explained based on FIGS. 1 to 3. The base material 25 is formed by molding melamine resin, phenol resin, etc. into a desired shape and has a shape that forms the prototype of the product, and the decorative sheet 26 is made of a thermoplastic resin such as a PvC sheet coated with adhesive on the back side. There is. Then, this decorative sheet 26 is placed on the upper surface of the elastic sheet 6 at its peripheral edge 26a.
is set in a fixed state with a fixture 28, and further the base material 25 is placed thereon, completing the setting of the workpiece 27 (see FIG. 1). At this time, the suction pipe 12 is connected to the valve 13.
It communicates with the atmosphere through. Next, the lid member 9 is lowered by a drive mechanism (not shown),
The peripheral edge of the lid member 90 contacts the upper edge 1C of the box-shaped support member 1, forming an airtight chamber 10 above the viscous material 2. At the same time, by opening and closing the valve 13, the suction pipe 12 is connected to the vacuum pump 1.
4, and the air in the airtight chamber 10 is sucked by the operation of the vacuum pump 14, and the air near the workpiece 27,
In other words, the air interposed between the base material 25 and the decorative sheet 26 is immediately suctioned, thereby preventing air accumulation (second
(see figure). Thereafter, the air cylinders 15 disposed in the box-shaped support member 1 and the lid member 9 are activated, and the individual pressure plates 18 and 19 move forward inside the viscous material 2 toward the center.
The viscous material 2 is pressed by the plate surfaces 18a and 19a, and as a result, the workpiece 27 is pressed with a uniform pressure in a manner that it is enveloped. At this time, the suction process by the vacuum pump 14 continues, and the workpiece 27 is kept under a vacuum atmosphere. Then, the pressure plate 18 presses the viscous material 2 for several minutes (see FIG. 3). As described above, in the laminating apparatus according to the present invention, the viscous material 2, which is a heating and pressurizing medium, heats and softens the decorative sheet 26,
Moreover, since the decorative sheet 26 can be closely attached to the entire circumferential surface of the base material 25 with uniform pressure, the decorative sheet 26 can be faithfully adhered and molded to the decorative sheet 1 along the outer peripheral shape of the base material 25. It is something that Furthermore, during this adhesive molding, since the workpiece 27 is surrounded by a vacuum atmosphere, it is possible to reliably prevent air pockets from forming in the workpiece 27, and between the base material 25 and the decorative sheet 26, Extremely good adhesion can be expected. Once the above pasting process is completed, by opening and closing the valve 13,
Since the suction pipe 12 communicates with the atmosphere and the lid member 9 is raised by a drive mechanism (not shown) in synchronization with the retreating movement of the pressure plate 18, the workpiece 27 on the upper surface of the elastic sheet 6 can be taken out. (Effects of the Invention) As explained above, since the decorative sheet laminating device according to the present invention uses a viscous material as a heating and pressurizing medium, the decorative sheet can be brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the base material. As such, a uniform and enormous pressure is applied to the outer surface of the decorative sheet, making it possible to attach the decorative sheet all the way around the base material, which was not possible with conventional vacuum lamination methods, making it possible to apply it to a wide range of products. It has the advantage of being available. Furthermore, even when the base material has a complex uneven shape, the air around the workpiece is removed by vacuum suction at the same time as the lamination process, so the decorative sheet can be applied uniformly to the outer circumferential surface of the base material using the pressing force of the viscous material. In addition to firmly pressing, it has various effects such as being able to reliably prevent the occurrence of air pockets between the base material and the decorative sheet, and making it possible to reliably adhere and mold the decorative sheet to the outer peripheral surface of the base material. . 4. Brief description of the drawings Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the laminating apparatus according to the present invention in a non-operating state, Figs. 2 and 3 are cross-sectional views showing the laminating apparatus in an operating state, and Fig. FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the device in a non-operating state. 1...
