Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は心肺造影用針に関するものである。心
肺造影針はカテーテルを併用し通常二重針形式の
ものを使用して、患者の心臓、又は肺臓の治療又
は検査を行つている。その使用方法は静脈血管に
二重針を穿刺して、次にその二重針の内針を引き
抜いて、次に医療用ガイドワイヤーをその二重針
の外針の中に挿入してその患者の肺臓患部又は心
臓までそのガイドワイヤーをレントゲン造影し監
視しながら挿入する。次にその外針をそのガイド
ワイヤーから抜き取つて、次にその外針の内径外
径と同じ程度の太さの可撓性合成樹脂製カテーテ
ルをそのガイドワイヤーを軸として挿入し、その
患部まで挿入する。次にそのカテーテル内に存在
する空気を除去して、そのカテーテルの体外の側
の先端に設けた薬剤注入用シリジで薬剤を注入、
又はその患部を検査する検査用装置をそのカテー
テル内へ挿入し設けてその患部まで到達させ、例
えば心臓圧力を直接測定する等の作業を行なう。
上述した作業の際に、その二重針を静脈血管へ挿
入して後の各種検査をするには、従前のカテーテ
ルの内径、外径の寸法では能力的に細いので、こ
れよりも太めのカテーテルを血管へ挿入して検査
をした方が便利である。そこで太めのカテーテル
を血管へ挿入するには血管を切開してそのカテー
テルを挿入しなければならない。しかしこの切開
の方法は血管の機能上、極めて好ましくないもの
であるので、切開をしないで太めのカテーテルを
挿入するには、従来の二重針の穿刺口をそのまま
切開せず拡大してその太めのカテーテルを挿入し
た方が良い。そこで二重針を三重針にしてその太
めのカテーテルを挿入しやすい様にその穿刺口を
拡大して挿入し治療や検査が楽に行い易すい三重
針について考案したものである。次に本考案を一

During the above-mentioned work, in order to insert the double needle into the venous blood vessel and perform various tests later, the inner and outer diameters of the conventional catheter are too thin, so a thicker catheter is needed. It is more convenient to perform the test by inserting the tube into the blood vessel. Therefore, in order to insert a thicker catheter into a blood vessel, the blood vessel must be incised and the catheter inserted. However, this incision method is extremely unfavorable in terms of blood vessel function, so in order to insert a thicker catheter without making an incision, the conventional double needle puncture port must be enlarged without making an incision. It is better to insert a catheter. Therefore, we devised a triple needle instead of a double needle to make it easier to insert the thicker catheter by enlarging its puncture opening and making it easier to perform treatments and tests. 針1はステンレス製針管で、この針1を同軸状に
して外針2を設けてある。外針2の材質は可撓性
合成樹脂で針管を提している。1a,2aは各々
針管の針基である。針基1a,2aの材質は金属
又は硬質合成樹脂で、該針基の内腔は雌テーパー
状1b,2bを成していて他の雄テーパー部材
(図示せず 以下同じ)が嵌合密接可能にしてあ
る。第2図は第1図の二重針の一使用例を示した
側面断面図略図である。二重針の外針2が静脈血
管3へ穿刺され留置して、その外針2の中に医療
用ガイドワイヤー4を挿入して患者の心臓5へ到
着させている。前述した様に、外針2を該ガイド
ワイヤー4から抜き取つて、次に該ガイドワイヤ
ー4を軸にして、外針2と同じ位の太さのカテー
テル(図示せず)を該心臓5まで挿入してから、
該ガイドワイヤーを抜き取つて、次に薬剤の注入
又は検査器具の挿入等をして治療に当る。第3図
は本考案一実施例の側面断面図の略図である。内
針6はステンレス製注射針で針基6aは金属製又
は硬質合成樹脂製である。針基6aの外周には雄
テーパー部6a′を設け且つその内腔は雌テーパー
状6bになつていて他の雄テーパーを有した部材
(図示せず 以下同じ)に嵌合密接可能にしてあ
る。中針7は可撓性合成樹脂製針管で針基7aを
有している。針基7aの外周には雄テーパー部7
a′を設け且つその内腔は雌テーパー状7bを有し
ていて他の雄テーパー状部材又は針基6aの雄テ
ーパー部分6a′と嵌合密接可能にしてあつて更に
血液逆流防止弁7cを内蔵して有している。針基
7aの外周面にネジ状のルアロツク部7aを設け
て針管8の針基8aがルアロツク出来る様にして
ある。これは血液の圧力によつて針管8から針管
7が押し出され抜けないために一時的に螺合固定
出来る様にルアロツク7dを設けたものである。
外針8は可撓性合成樹脂製針管で針基8aを有し
ている。針基8aの内腔は雌テーパー状8bを有
していて他の雄テーパー状部材又は針基7aの雄
テーパー部分7a′と嵌合密接可能にしてあつて更
に血管逆流防止弁8cを内蔵して有している。針
管8を設けることによつて、必要である場合には
従前の二重針の外針の外径の太さよりも更に太い
径のカテーテルを静脈血管へ挿入することが可能
で、この場合その血管を切開してその太いカテー
テルを挿入することをしないで済む。即ち血管へ
穿刺した穿刺口を拡大するために、この三重針を
穿刺挿入するものである。第4図は第3図のA−
A部分の断面図である。第5図は針基7a,8a
の内腔に内蔵した血液逆流防止弁7c,8cを有
して針管6、又は7を貫通していない状態の断面
図である。該弁7c,8cは第3図に示してある
様に所望の厚みを有して、針管6、又は7を貫通
していない時は針管7、又は8からの血液の流出
を防止可能な様に閉塞自在な材質で構成してあ
る。実際に使用する場合は、前記した様に従前の
使用方法と極めて極似して使用するものである。
以上の様に本考案は一実施例で示した針基7a,
8aの内腔には、血液逆流防止弁7c,8cを設
けて且つ各々の針基には雄テーパー部分を設けて
あるので、使用中に於ける血液の無駄な流出等の
損失を最大限に防止出来て、しかも従前よりも太
めのカテーテルを挿入する場合には静脈血管を切
開することなく穿刺口を拡大してより太めのカテ
ーテルを挿入可能にして極めて安全に使用出来
て、しかも中針7が外針8から抜けない様に一時
的に固定出来る様に針基7aにルアロツク部7c
を設けて、使用上の便利をはかつている等の特徴
