力脈動減衰部は、逆止弁破損防止し、また、流体の圧力

しているため、さらに圧力脈動が減衰され、脈動率約2
俤程度となり消音器部5へ流入する。実際にスクリュー
圧縮機にて脈動率を測定した結果、圧縮機が発生する圧
力脈動率が15チの場合において、圧力脈動減衰部で脈
動率は7チとなり、逆止弁の下流すなわち、消音器入口
部で脈動率は2憾となった。連続運転後、逆止弁および
消音器を点検したが破損はなかった。また、消音器の吸
音材の飛散を防止するためには、圧力脈動車重2憾程度
にする必要があるが、これを逆止弁を利用せず、圧力脈
動減衰部のみで対処する場合には、この圧力脈動減衰部
の圧力損失が約0.2〜/1−dGとなシ、10oKW
クラスのドライスクリュー圧縮機においては、全体性能
が約1憾低下する。したがって、本発明により、流体の
圧力脈動による逆止弁の破損防止と消音器の吸音材の飛
散防止に効果的であると同時に、圧力損失抵抗の少ない
