DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a tiled roof, and more specifically, a roof base material 1 is laid down from the ridge side to the eave side, and elastic retaining pieces 10 are opposed and protruded to form a cross-section. A plurality of tile beams 3 having a substantially C-shape and a concave groove 2 are attached to the roof base material 1 at intervals from the ridge side to the eave side and approximately parallel to each other, so as to span almost the entire length of the ridge side end of the tile material 4. A fitting protrusion 5 is provided to protrude downward, an overlapping part 6 for the tile material 4 on the eave side is provided at the eave side end of the tile material 4, and the fitting protrusion 5 is fitted into the groove 2. This relates to a tiled roof characterized in that elastic retaining pieces 10 are locked to both sides of a fitting protrusion 5 to prevent them from coming off, and an overlapping part 6 is overlaid on a tile material on the eaves side.

In the conventional tiled roof, as shown in Fig. 1, a tile material 4' is secured to a tile crosspiece 3', and the tile material 4' is attached to a roof base material 1' such as a roofing board using tile nails 7'. It was fixed at However, with this method, since the tile nails 7' penetrate through the roof base material 1', the difference in temperature between the front and back surfaces of the roof base material 1' causes the tile nails 7' on the back side of the roof or the tiles on the roof surface to be damaged. Condensation will occur at the nail 7' portion. The condensed water that had condensed on the front side of the roof also ran through the nail holes and reached the back side of the attic, where it collected and dripped into the attic. In addition, rainwater directly reaches the back side of the roof through the nail holes, and the roof tiles 4', such as those made of asbestos slate, can be damaged when nailing.
Moreover, since the tile nails 7' are used, there is a drawback that the work of installing the tiles 4' on the roof becomes troublesome.

The present invention has been made in view of these conventional drawbacks, and its purpose is to eliminate dew condensation caused by tile nails, infiltration of rainwater through nail holes, and damage to tile materials by eliminating the need for nail hole driving. There are tiled roofs that can be avoided.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a field board as the roof base material 1, which is laid on a plurality of rafters 9 so as to slope downward from the ridge side to the eave side. Reference numeral 3 denotes a tiled crosspiece, which can be made of metal such as steel or aluminum and has a substantially C-shaped cross section and a concave groove 2. The tile beam 3 may be made of ordinary C-shaped steel as shown in Figure 5a, a C-shaped steel with elastic retaining pieces 10 tilted diagonally downward as shown in Figure 5b, or a C-shaped steel as shown in Figure 5c. As shown in the figure, the elastic retaining piece 10 is bent into an inverted U-shape, and as shown in Figure d, the elastic retaining piece 10 is bent in a chevron shape so as to protrude inwardly and laterally. There are things etc. In the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the protruding edge of the chevron-shaped bent piece 11 of the one shown in FIG. 5d is used. These tiles 3
As shown in FIG. 2, they are fixed to the roofing board 8 with tile pegs 12 at a distance from the ridge side to the eave side and approximately parallel to each other. Reference numeral 4 is a substantially rectangular tile material made of asbestos slate, and a fitting protrusion 5 is provided extending downwardly over almost the entire length of the ridge side end of the tile material 4. An overlapping part 6 for the tile material 4 on the eave side is provided at the end of the tile material 4 on the eave side. A plurality of drainage grooves 15 are provided substantially in parallel on the back side of the overlapping part 6 to prevent rainwater from entering from the overlapping part of the tile materials 4 due to capillary action.
As shown in FIG. 2, the fitting protrusion 5 of the tile material 4 is inserted into the concave groove 2 of the tile beam 3 by elastically deforming the chevron-shaped bent piece 11, and the tile material 4 is inserted from the eave side into the groove 2 of the tile beam 3. The roof is spread out toward the sides. In this case, the elastic restoring force of the chevron-shaped bent piece 11 and the concavo-convex portion 13 of the chevron-shaped bent piece 11 reliably lock the fitting protrusion 5 from both sides, so that the tile material 4 will not come off unexpectedly. In this way, the overlapped portion 6 of the tile material 4 on the ridge side is superimposed on the tile material 4 on the eave side. However, tile material 4
The construction can be carried out simply by fitting and locking into the tile beam 3, and the construction can be carried out easily and quickly. In the figure, 14 is a waterproof sheet. Note that the tile material 4 may be a fire-resistant, ordinary ceramic tile material that has been baked and finished, instead of being made of asbestos slate. Further, a bulge may be provided at the tip of the fitting protrusion 5 to further prevent the fitting from coming off.

In summary, the present invention installs tiles by simply fitting and locking the fitting protrusions of the tiles into the grooves of the tile beams having a substantially C-shaped cross section. It is possible to avoid the stop method, and as a result,
Tile nails do not penetrate roof base materials such as roofing boards, which eliminates condensation caused by temperature differences between the front and back of the roof base material, and also prevents rainwater from penetrating through the tile nail holes. In addition, it is possible to prevent damage to the tile material due to nailing, and by inserting the insertion protrusion of the tile material between the elastic retaining pieces of the tile beam, elastic retainers are provided on both sides of the insertion protrusion. Since the piece is locked to prevent it from coming out, it is easy to insert the insertion protrusion, and it is possible to prevent the insertion protrusion from coming out. It has now become possible to perform work at heights on roofs easily and easily without the need for driving work.
