Abstract

PURPOSE:To solve the paper clogging due to the curl on a form by jetting-out steam from a steam injection nozzle towards the form having a curl formed in fixation and correcting the curl by a roll-pressing means. CONSTITUTION:A business form 3 copied with a toner image by a photosensitive body 1 is fixation-processed by a fixation roller 5 having a heat source 4 built-in and a pressing roller 6 in a fixation apparatus 2. A curl is generated at the top edge of the form 3 by the above-described heating. The business form 3 having curl is sent onto a transport belt 9, and humidified by the steam jetted-out from a steam injection nozzle 12, and nipped between a heating roller 10 having a heating source 11 built-in and the transport belt 9, and the curl generated at the top edge of the business form 3 is corrected.
