え、夫々に適した温度で同時に殺菌消毒すること

本発明を以下図に示す実施例に基いて詳述す
る。本実施例には蒸気にて哺乳びん7とこれに付
属する乳首8及び乳首キヤツプ9を消毒するため
の消毒室1に加えて、1つのハウジングAに高温
の湯やミルクを貯える貯湯ポツト31を収めてこ
れを比較的低温に保持するための湯ざまし室30
を設けた例が示してあり、、消毒室1と湯ざまし
室30とは共に上部が開口し底部が閉塞した筒状
に成形される。消毒室1内底部には消毒室1内に
収められる哺乳びん7や乳首8及び乳首キヤツプ
9を殺菌消毒するための水蒸気を発生させる蒸気
発生手段Bが配備され、湯ざまし室30内にはこ
こに収められる貯湯ポツト31内に充填される高
温の湯やミルクの温度を放冷にて低下させると共
に所定の低い温度にこれを保温する保温ヒーター
42が設けられる。哺乳びん7や乳首8及び乳首
キヤツプ9は消毒室3内へ着脱自在に収められる
スタンド10内に保持され、消毒室1内にスタン
ド10を収めた時に、スタンド10の蓋板11に
て消毒液1の上面開口を閉塞するようになつてい
る。すなわち、、スタンド10は縦壁12の上下
両端に蓋板11と底板13との連結した形状に成
形され、消毒室1内にスタンド10を収容した時
に、蓋板11で消毒室1の上面開口を塞ぐと共
に、縦壁12にて消毒室1内を左右の二室に仕切
り、一方の室に哺乳びん7を収め、他方の室に乳
首8及び乳首キヤツプ9を収めるわけであり、哺
乳びん7は底板13の片半部に載置されると共に
縦壁12の一面に突出する上下二つの保持枠1
5,16にてスタンド10に保持され、乳首8及
び乳首キヤツプ9は縦壁12の他面に設けたリン
グハンガー14に嵌め込んでスタンド10に保持
されるものであつて、蓋板11の上面に突出する
把手18を持つてスタンド10の出し入れが行な
われることで、哺乳びん7とこれに付属する乳首
8及び乳首キヤツプ9を一括して消毒室1に出し
入れでき、取扱い性が良いものである。またハウ
ジングAの持ち運びは両端を消毒室1を囲む周壁
の上端に枢支したハンドル19を利用して行なわ
れる。蒸気発生手段Bは消毒室1内底部の略全面
に亘つて配設される水受け皿20の略中央より上
方に突出する内筒21と内筒21内に納められる
ヒータ22と、内筒21を覆う外筒23及び外筒
23と内筒21との間に挾持する吸水体24とで
構成されていて、水受け皿20に張られた水を外
筒23下部の吸入口より吸水体24に吸い上げて
は、ヒータ22にて加熱される熱伝導板で成形さ
れた内筒21の熱で吸水体24内の水を蒸気に変
え、この蒸気を外筒23の周壁に設けた多数の蒸
気吹出し孔26より消毒室1内に吐出して、哺乳
びん7や乳首8及び乳首キヤツプ9を消毒するも
のであり、消毒室1内には所定以上に蒸気圧が高
くなるのを防ぐための蒸気逃げ孔(図示せず)が
設けてある。吸水体24としては耐熱性を有する
グラスウール、石綿、発泡金属、或いは素焼き材
料などが用いられる。ヒータ22、内筒21、吸
水体24及び外筒23で構成されるこの蒸気発生
手段Bは第3図及び第4図に示すように、消毒室
1の底部の略中央に突出し、前記スタンド10の
縦壁12下部の切欠17に収められ、縦壁12に
て仕切られる二室に夫々蒸気吹出孔26より蒸気
を吹き出して一方の室内に収める哺乳びん7と他
方の室に収める乳首8及び乳首キヤツプ9とを同
時に消毒するわけである。ところで、乳首8及び
乳首キヤツプ9は通常哺乳びん7に比べて熱に弱
に材料で成形されており、そのため、両者は同一
の条件で蒸気消毒ができないものであるが、本発
明にあつては、第4図に示すように、哺乳びん7
を収める分室に開口する蒸気吹き出し口26の全
開口面積よりも、乳首8及び乳首キヤツプ9を収
める他方の分室に開口する蒸気吹出し口26の全
開口面積を少なくして、前者の分室よりも後者の
分室への蒸気の流入量が少なくなるように設定し
てあり、従つて、哺乳びん7と乳首8及び乳首キ
ヤツプ9を一括してスタンド10に保持した状態
で消毒室1内に収容するといえども、哺乳びん7
よりも耐熱性に劣る乳首8及び乳首キヤツプ9
を、これらに適した温度で、哺乳びん7と同時に
消毒できるわけであり、従来のように哺乳びん7
と乳首8を隔離させて消毒室に収める必要がな
く、取り扱いが容易になるという利点を有するも

で蒸気発生手段Bのヒータ22及び各保温ヒータ
42への通電はハウジングAの側部に設けたメイ
ンスイツチ27を投入した後、夫々両側の蒸気ス
イツチ28と保温スイツチ29をオンにして行な
われるものであり、両ヒータ22,42は夫々温
度検知器にて設定温度以上に上昇しないようにな
つている。消毒室1と各湯ざまし室30a,30
bとは金属製の結露板にて仕切られていて、この
結露板35表面で消毒室1内で発生する蒸気が結
露して生成される結露水が結露板35下端の受け
溝36より樋37を通して各湯ざまし室30a,
30bの内底部に配設した冷却用受け皿38に集
められ、この結露水を各貯湯ポツト31a,31
bの冷却水として用いるようになつている。すな
わち、各湯ざまし室30a,30b内には金属で
成形された有底筒状の放冷壁40がその外底面を
冷却用受け皿38上に載置して収めらると共に放
冷壁40の裏面にフロツキー加工にてウイツク4
1が付着されていて、冷却用受け皿38に溜る結
露水をウイツク41に吸着し、放冷壁40裏面で
ウイツク41より蒸発する結露水の潜熱にて放冷
壁40より熱を奪い、放冷壁40内面に外周面を
密接させて収める各貯湯ポツト31a,31b内
