For this reason, static electricity is generated and accumulated when the protective film 5 is separated or when the imprint 2 is removed after pasting on the liquid crystal cell. For this reason, the alignment film and the liquid crystal 4 are damaged by the cold air. In addition to causing deterioration of the LSI, it may also cause destruction of the surrounding LSI.

In a liquid crystal display element consisting of C1, the polarizing plate is made conductive, or the protective film attached to the polarizing plate is made conductive, so static electricity generated on the polarizing plate can be prevented, and the alignment film and liquid crystal It is possible to prevent deterioration of the LSI and adverse effects on the surrounding LSI.
