With the spread of canned beverages and the like, the amount of waste such as empty cans and bottles after consumption of canned beverages has increased, and disposal of the waste has become a social issue and has been attracting attention. In other words, at a resort, the number of empty cans and bottles discarded by vacationers becomes genuine;
Not only is it aesthetically undesirable, but the current situation is that a great deal of effort and expense is wasted collecting these empty cans and bottles. On the other hand, even in ordinary households, empty cans after consumption are
Currently, it takes up a lot of space and we are having trouble disposing of it.

th) will be explained step by step. FIG. 2(a) shows clay 1 used in the present invention, which hardens when heated at a relatively low temperature, for example, about 100°C to 200°C, and the heating time is short (within 1 hour m). There are known clays whose ingredients are pottery clay with polyolefin resin added, and polyvinyl chloride resin with plasticizers and fillers added, and the present invention also uses these known ingredients. using clay. In Figure 2), the empty can 2 is pressed and rotated on the clay 1 to form the clay 1 into a thin sheet of uniform thickness. Since the empty can 2 has a cylindrical shape, it is suitable for spreading the clay 1 thinly and flatly into a sheet shape, and has the advantage that no other tool for spreading the clay is required. Figure 2 (C)
1 shows a diagram in which a cutting line 4 is engraved on a sheet-like clay 1 by an edge convex portion 3 on the circumferential surface of the end portion of the empty can 2. That is, since an empty can usually has convex portions on the circumference of both end faces, when one side is rotated along one side of the sheet-like clay, the cut line 4 is naturally carved by the convex portions on the other end. The sheet-shaped clay 1 is cut along the cutting line 4 by an appropriate means to divide it into a side sheet 1a and a leftover clay sheet 1b. This cutting can usually be done with a commercially available cutter knife. In FIG. 2(d), the edge protrusion 3 on the circumferential surface of the end of the empty can 2 is pressed vertically onto the leftover clay sheet 1b, and the circular section 5 is obtained by pressing the leftover clay sheet 1b. In e), the side seam obtained in Figure 2 (C))1
Wrap (a) around the cylindrical side of air can 2. During this winding, the remaining portion of the side surface 'i, --) 1a is cut off by an appropriate means, such as a cutter knife, so that the side surface 'i, --) 1a tightly covers the cylindrical side surface of the hollow can 2. Second
Figure (f) shows the state in which the cylindrical side surface of the empty can 2 has been covered with the side seam 1a. At this time, a seam 6 is formed on the cylindrical side surface, but since the material is clay, press it with your hands as needed to seal the seam. 6
You can hide it. Figure 2 (illustration is side view) One end surface of the empty can 2 covered with la, on the side where the drinking pouring lower is located.
In this case, when the circular section 5 is covered, the hollow edge convex portion 3 is exposed without being covered, but this is caused by rolling and pressing at adjacent portions of the side sheet 1a and the circular section 5. and cover the exposed area. Figure 2 (HL) Finally, a hole is made in the part corresponding to the pouring lower, and the inside and outside of the canister are passed through to form the branch insertion opening 8. After this, the molding is completed. If heated appropriately, the clay 1 covering the canister 2 will harden and be finished as a vase, no different from ordinary pottery.As shown in Figures 4(a) and (b), the clay 1 covering the canister 2 will harden. When covering the circular section 5 during the process, if the cancer opening ring 9 is inserted between the circular section 5 and the empty can 2, the handle of the column rolling ring 9 can be hung as it is with the tool. It can be used in C, making it more convenient and also making effective use of waste.

上の面で非常に有効な発明である。(3) Effects of the invention The present invention is characterized in that the clay 1 is spread thinly and flatly to form a sheet, and this is wrapped around the air can 2 to cover it.
Since this can be fired at a low temperature and in a short time, anyone can easily create vases and the like without any unevenness. Therefore, ordinary households can easily use empty cans to create vases and other crafts, making effective use of waste materials such as empty cans and bottles, and also allowing them to pursue a hobby of pottery. It can be enjoyed and can be expected to improve lifestyle and culture as well as have educational effects. In addition, since empty cans and bottles can be taken home and made into flower vases, etc., without having to throw them away as in the past, the number of empty cans and bottles that are discarded is reduced, which not only results in aesthetically pleasing results. Empty,
It is expected that the labor and expense involved in collecting empty bottles will be significantly reduced, making this an extremely effective invention in terms of effective use of waste, promotion of social beautification, and improvement of lifestyle culture.
