It consists of a bottom and four sides with the sides glued together. In addition, there are also paperboard strips that restrict the four sides and no bottom, and paperboard that has three sides.
There are those that are divided and restrict the bottom and two sides, and those that combine a large number of paperboards with a U-shaped cross section that cover the three circumferential surfaces of one paper container.

する板紙トイレを提案した。 The inventor of this invention has conducted research to develop a paperboard toilet that minimizes the area used for paperboard from the perspective of saving paper resources, and has a structure that is strong enough when several package cages are stacked during transportation and storage. Jitsugaki first
No. 55-160883 No. 57-85459 discloses a paperboard in which a bottom plate and two left and right side plates are integrated and are rectangular when unfolded, and in an assembled state, side plates with an L-shaped cross section are erected at the four corners of the bottom plate. In Japanese Utility Model Application No. 56-35440 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-149212, we proposed a paperboard toilet which is rectangular when unfolded and has side plates with a U-shaped cross section erected at the four corners of the bottom plate when assembled.

とする。 This invention maintains the basic technical idea of the previous proposal of avoiding the loss of paperboard by forming it into a rectangular shape when unfolding, while significantly increasing the stacking strength by slightly increasing the area of paperboard used. This is what I did. That is, the present invention consists of a bottom plate, four side plates located on the top, bottom, left and right sides of the bottom plate, four end pieces adjacent to the top and bottom of the left and right side plates, two ceiling plates adjacent to the left and right of the left and right side plates, and the end pieces and the ceiling plate. In a rectangular paperboard toilet, when the 4 joint pieces with the border as the 2 sides are unfolded as one, by making appropriate cuts and bending, side walls with a U-shaped or U-shaped cross section can be erected at the four corners of the bottom plate. Moreover, it is characterized in that it enables reinforcement by the upper and lower side plates and the ceiling plate, dramatically increasing the stacking strength.

トイレが形成される。 A paperboard toilet is made by assembling the rectangular paperboard with the incisions as described above and unfolding it in the following manner.
First, a part of the side plate is bent into an L-shaped cross section according to the side plate dividing notches 21c and 21d, and the left and right side plates 4 and 5 are separated.
A window shaped like a Kannon door is opened in each of the rooms. Next, after bending the upper, lower, left and right side plates 2, 3, 4 and 5 perpendicularly to the bottom plate 1, the end pieces 6, 7, 8 and 9 and the ceiling plates 10 and 11 are attached to the left and right side plates 4 and 5. and fold it vertically. Finally, attach the joint pieces 12, 13, 14, 15 to the ceiling board 1.
By bending perpendicularly to 0 and 11, a paperboard toilet capable of stably holding nine paper containers is formed as shown in FIG. 1b.

Gluing the overlapping parts of 8, 9 and the joint pieces 12, 13, 14, and 15 will help stabilize the shape, but bonding is not necessarily necessary since the package is usually wrapped with shrink film or the like. . Furthermore, if no adhesive is used, it can be unfolded after use, which is advantageous since it does not take up much bulk when collected for reuse. Note that this overlapping portion may be overlapped so that the end pieces are on the outside.

At the same time, Fig. 3 shows an embodiment in which 20 paper containers are used as one package, Fig. 3a is a developed view, and Fig. 3b is a perspective view when the paper containers are stored. As is clear from these examples, the width of the upper and lower side plates 2, 3 is the width of the end pieces 6, 7, 8, 9.
The width corresponds to the width of the paperboard, and this width is appropriately selected in consideration of the material cost of the paperboard and the required stacking strength. Similarly, the width of the ceiling panels 10, 11 is also arbitrary, but the joint pieces 12, 13, 14, 15 are connected to the end pieces 6,
7, 8, and 9, it is desirable to match the width of the upper and lower side plates.

It is characterized in that it consists of a combination of. In this embodiment, the bottom plate 1 is
In addition to side plates with a U-shaped cross section erected at the four corners, two side plates with an L-shaped cross section in the middle also help increase the stacking strength. As is clear from this example,
In the present invention, one or more arbitrary number of side plate dividing notches can be provided on each of the left and right side plates according to the number and arrangement of paper containers to be stored, and the shape is H.
Even if the bottom plate is not limited to a U-shape, side plates having a U-shaped cross section can be erected at the four corners of the bottom plate. or,
By aligning the end of the cut on the boundary of the U-shaped or H-shaped side plate dividing cut with the corner of the paper container to be stored, when the side plate is folded into an L-shaped cross section, the paper containers will not overlap each other. It is possible to insert it in between.

することが望ましい。 The width of the left and right side plates, which corresponds to the height in the assembled state, may be at least the height of the paper container to be stored, but there is a risk that the left and right side plates may bend to some extent due to the impact load during transport. In this case as well, the side plates will return to their original state, but there is a risk that the paper container will be compressed and the contents will leak out, so it is desirable that the left and right side plates be approximately 7 to 10 mm higher than the top of the paper container.

First, we made the paperboard toilet shown in Figure 2 using cardboard of JIS P3904 (corrugated cardboard) S125 x S125 x S125BF standard, stored 12 milk containers in it, and then wrapped the surrounding area with 60μ polyethylene film. The products were packaged into a single package and loaded into a 1-ton car in 5 tiers without collapsing, and traveled 500 km on an expressway, but there was no deformation of the paperboard tray or leakage of milk, indicating that the stacking strength was sufficient. confirmed.
