変位感応素子とより成り、カルマン渦の生成、分
離に基づく連通管内の流体変位を検出することに
より、上記流管内の流速・流量を測定することを
特徴とするカルマン渦流量計。 (2) 上記において連通管を、導圧口と他の導圧
口とをカルマン渦発生体に対して交差するごとく
連通するようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登
