実用化にあたって問題となっているものであった。(Prior art) Recently, a detector has been developed to detect the turbidity of the liquid in the tank, and a device detects the temporal change in the turbidity detected by the detector, and determines the end of rinsing when the change falls below a predetermined value. Comprising a rinsing end determining means, and a re-rinsing determining means for determining whether re-rinsing is necessary by taking an average value of turbidity at the beginning of rinsing and turbidity at the end of rinsing and comparing the average value with a reference value. A washing machine that can repeatedly perform rinsing up to three times has been proposed, but there is a risk that such washing machines may not be able to provide optimal rinsing due to the way the reference values are set.
This was a problem when it came to practical use.

A determination function determines that the process is complete when the process is completed, and the average value of the memorized initial value and the detected value at the time of determining completion is determined, and the necessity of re-rinsing is determined by comparing the average value with a reference value. It has a judgment function. 11 is a drain valve, 12 is a drain valve control section, and +3 is a sequence control section. At the same time as the motor 8 rotates, the pulsator 4 rotates, so that the water 2 in the tank flows through the inner tank 3-outer tank 1 continuous pipe 5-conducting pipe 7-inner tank 3 as shown by the arrow in FIG. It circulates with the bottom 6-inner tank 3. FIG. 2 is a diagram representative of temporal changes in the detected turbidity value during the rinsing process, and point A is the detected turbidity value at the start of motor rotation. In the case of the rinsing process, the foam and detergent residue that cannot be completely drained out during the intermediate dehydration and accumulates at the bottom.
The turbidity at point A is high. When the motor rotates and the water in the tank begins to circulate, the concentration of the metal bodies in the tank becomes uniform, so the detected turbidity value decreases. In the rinsing process, the detergent contained in the cloth begins to precipitate, so the turbidity stops decreasing and instead increases. The point of the boundary (point B)
The detected turbidity value is stored in the turbidity determination section as an initial value. Even if the turbidity is increasing, if the residual detergent in the cloth is precipitated, the change in turbidity becomes very small and becomes saturated.

了と濁度判定部が判定する(C点)。When the temporal increase in turbidity becomes less than or equal to a certain predetermined value, the turbidity determination unit determines that the process is complete (point C).

The end is determined, and the turbidity at this time is detected as the end value. Next, calculate the average value of the initial value and the final value, and calculate the average value and the reference value V.
When the average value is smaller than the reference value v1, it is determined that re-rinsing is not necessary, and the process moves to the next step, such as a dehydration step. When the average value is larger than the reference value v1, it is determined that rinsing is necessary again, and a second rinsing is performed.

The necessity of re-rinsing is determined by comparing with the reference value (■2). Here, when it is determined that rinsing is necessary again, a third rinsing is performed.

すぎが実行されすすぎ過ぎを招いたりするものである。Now, if the relationship between the first reference value v1 and the second reference value v2 is set to be Vl>V2, then the first reference value v1
is large, so even if the average value between the initial value and the final value after the first rinse is quite large and requires two rinses, there is a risk that the laundry will be rinsed only once.
Furthermore, since the second reference value v2 is small, there is a risk that the third rinse will be performed even though the average value has become considerably smaller after the second rinse. That is,
As shown in Figure 4, laundry that only needs to be rinsed twice may be rinsed once, resulting in insufficient rinsing, or may be rinsed three times, resulting in over-rinsing.
