以下本考案を添付図により詳述する。第1図に

に隣合つて互いに対向する一対の基礎1とにより
四角形に基礎装置Aが形成されている。基礎5は
全体がコンクリートで形成されて換気口6が開口
されている。基礎1はコンクリート基礎1aの地
面Bよりも上方において左右に亘つて開口した開
口部2(つまり対向する基礎5の間の全長に亘り
形成された開口部2)に鉄製またはアルミニウム
製の金属枠1bを固設し、この開口部2に金属ネ
ツトのような網体3を張設したものである。金属
枠3の上端部にはピン7により扉体4の上端を回
動自在に枢着してあつて、この扉体4により網体
3の屋内側面を覆うことができるようになつてお
り、更に扉体4には折畳み自在且つ伸縮自在な脚
8を設けてある。しかして冬期に床下の保温効果
を高めるため、あるいは降雨時に床下へ雨を侵入
させないためには、第3図aに示すように扉体4
を閉じて開口部2を閉塞しておくものである。ま
た夏期において床下の冷房効果を高めるためや、
降雨のあつた後のように床下の除湿を行なうため
には、第3図b,cに示すように、扉体4を上に
上げて脚8を下方へ伸ばして脚8により扉体4を
水平に支持し、網体3を介して床下の換気を行な
うのである。3aは網体3の一部を開口してこの
開口に着脱自在に取付けたネツトであり、床下の
点検を行なうにはネツト3aを外してこの開口か
ら行なうものである。また扉体4は網体3の屋外

であつて、夏期には扉体を開くことにより床下に
風を吹き通すことができて十分に冷房効果を高め
ることができ、降雨の後には開口部から換気して
十分な床下の除湿を行えるものであり、しかも開
口が大きいものであるにもかかわらず冬期や降雨
期には扉体を閉じることで、床下の保温効果を高
めたり、床下への雨の吹き込みを防止できるもの
である。本考案はこのように換気が効果的に行な
え、しかも住宅の冷房効果を高め、冬期には保温
