記被制御体を回転駆動するアクチユエータ手段と
、前記被制御体と前記支持体との相対的な位置を
検出する位置検出手段と、前記被制御体に取りつ
けられ、慣性座標からみた前記アクチユエータ手
段の回転軸まわりの前記被制御体の角速度を検出
する角速度検出手段と、前記位置検出手段の出力
信号と前記角速度検出手段の出力信号を合成する
合成手段と、前記合成手段の合成信号に応じて前
記アクチユエータ手段に電力を供給する駆動手段
とを具備し、前記位置検出手段の検出利得を非線
形にし、前記被制御体と前記支持体の相対変位の
絶対値が小さい範囲の前記検出利得に比較して、
前記相対変位の絶対値が大きい範囲の前記検出利
得を2倍以上大きくしたことを特徴とする防振装
