Claims (1)
縁および一方の板面には導体の膜が形成され、ま
た他方の板面には前記端縁と前記他方の板面とに
よつて形成される稜を一辺とし、該一辺に対する
対角が鋭角である略三角形状の導体膜の複数個が
一定の間隔をあけて形成されており、１つおきの
前記略三角形状の前記一辺部分の導体膜は前記１
対の端縁のうち一方の端縁部にその導体膜を連続
的に形成され、その対角部分の導体膜と他方の端
縁の導体膜との間は所定の間隔をあけて形成され
ており、残余の１つおきの略三角形状の前記一辺
部分の導体膜は前記他方の端縁部にその導体膜と
連続的に形成され、その対角部分の導体膜と前記
一方の端縁の導体膜との間は所定の間隔をあけて
形成されて成るマイクロストリツプライン型フイ
