第１図はこの考案に係るヘツドレストのフレー
ム構成を示し、ａはフレームの一部断面分解斜視
図、ｂは同組立状態を示す断面斜視図、第２図は
同ヘツドレストの組立状態を示す断面図、第３図
は同ヘツドレストの衝撃試験結果を示すグラフ、
第４図ａ，ｂは同ヘツドレストに衝撃が加わつた
状態を説明する図であり、ａは頭形モデルがヘツ
ドレストに衝突した状態を、ｂはヘツドレストが
後壁に衝突した状態を各々示す説明用断面図、第
５図はトラツクにおけるシートとリア側壁面との
関係を示す側面図、第６図は従来のヘツドレスト
の断面図、第７図は従来のヘツドレストの衝撃試
験結果を示すグラフである。 １……座席、４……シートバツク、２２……フ
レーム、２４……前面側膨出体、２６……後面側
膨出体、３０……パツド、３２……表装材。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車両用座席のシートバツク上部に設けられるヘ
    ツドレストであつて、該ヘツドレストは、芯部と
    なる板状フレームと、フレームの前面および後面
    にそれぞれ空間を設けて膨出形成された膨出体と
    、フレームの外周を包囲するとともに、前記空間
    内に充填されたパツドと、パツドの外周を被覆す
    る表装材とからなり、かつ前記膨出体は所定の衝
    撃値が加わつた状態で塑性または弾性変形する硬
    質材で構成されていることを特徴とする車両用座
    席のヘツドレスト。
