クに分離して分析する液体クロマトグラフにおい
て、被測定液と透析液を吸引しこれらを一定割合
に混合させて被測定液を希釈する希釈装置と、該
装置から流出する液が一定流量で流れる第1流路
と前記透析液と同一の液が一定流量で流れる第2
流路とが透析膜を介して隣接し第1流路を流れる
液中の被測定液に含まれる蛋白質以外の成分を透
析させて第2流路に導く透析装置とを具備し、該
透析装置の第2流路から流出する液を前記試料採
取弁で所定量採取することを特徴とする液体クロ
