込むとともに背面板上縁罫線を介して設けた、裏
面に貼着剤層を有する上面板の先端にほゞ相等し
い３個の半円形の小フラツプを設け、その中、両
側端のそれぞれのフラツプは正面板上縁のフラツ
プの両側に設けられた切込を介して正面板の裏面
に差込んで、正面板裏面に貼着され、上記３個の
半円形のフラツプのうち中央のフラツプは表面に
貼着剤層を有し、正面板の前記半円形のエンボス
凹部に前面板と「面一」に重ねられて、各貼着剤
層は重さねられた面で貼着されてなることを特徴
