Claims (1)
- 入力するパルス列の立ち上がりエツヂ及び立ち
下がりエツヂで、微分パルスを出力するコンデン
サと、前記コンデンサが出力する正の微分パルス
によりターンオンする第１のトランジスタと、前
記同様の負の微分パルスによりターンオンする第
２のトランジスタと、第１、第２のトランジスタ
の論理和をとる第３のトランジスタ等から構成さ
れる回路で、入力パルス列の周波数の２倍の周波
数を得ようとするエツヂ検出回路。
