[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to the improvement of bathroom ceiling materials, by providing grooves 2 with an approximately inverted U-shaped cross section that protrudes upward in the valleys of the surface plate 1 having a generally triangular wave cross section. The upper surface is lined with a heat insulating material 3, a locking part 4 is provided in the groove 2, and a locked part 7 is provided on the upper part of the joint bar 6 which has a saucer part 5 at the lower end. This relates to a bathroom ceiling material in which a locking part 7 is removably locked and a joint bar 6 is attached.

Bathroom ceilings are generally constructed using a wet method using mortar and tiles, which takes time to construct and is also prone to stains and condensation after construction. Bathroom ceiling materials made of a synthetic resin flat plate lined with a heat insulating material such as urethane foam are sometimes attached to the ceiling base, but such bathroom ceiling materials are weak in strength and can withstand up to 15
It has the disadvantage that it can only be formed to a width of about 1.5 cm, which requires time and effort on-site construction.Furthermore, since the bathroom ceiling material in the form of flat plates is simply lined up and pasted on the ceiling base, there is a risk of condensed water falling. There are drawbacks.

The present invention was developed in view of the points mentioned above, and the purpose of the present invention is to be able to form a strong and wide product, to be able to construct it on site in a short time, and to generate no condensation water. To provide a bathroom ceiling material that does not have the risk of falling down.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. 1 is synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride resin, ABS resin, AS resin,
The surface plate is made of a water-resistant material such as an aluminum plate or a resin-coated metal plate, and is formed into a substantially triangular wave shape in cross section. A concave groove 2 having a generally inverted U-shaped cross section and protruding upward is provided in the valley of the surface plate 1 having a generally triangular wave cross section in the longitudinal direction, and both side walls of this concave groove 2 have a serrated cross section. Accordingly, a locking portion 4 is provided. The back surface of this surface plate 1 is lined with a heat insulating material 3 such as urethane foam. Joint bar 6
is formed into a substantially inverted T-shape in cross section, and a saucer portion 5 is provided by providing rises on both sides of the bottom piece, and a sawtooth-shaped locked portion 7 is provided on the upper part of the vertical piece of the joint bar 6. This locked portion 7 is removably locked to the locking portion 4 of the groove 2. When constructing the bathroom ceiling material A configured as described above, place the bathroom ceiling material A with the joint bar 6 removed below the edge 8 of the ceiling base, and install the groove 2.
The joint bar 6 is attached by driving a nail 9 into the edge 8 from inside to fix it to the ceiling base, and fitting the locked part 7 of the joint bar 6 into the locking part 4 and locking it. Even if dew condensation occurs on the surface plate 1 of the bathroom ceiling material A, the condensed water flows along the inclined surface 1a of the surface plate 1 and is received by the saucer portion 5 of the joint bar 6.

As mentioned above, the bathroom ceiling material of the present invention has a surface board with a substantially triangular wave cross section, and grooves with an inverted U-shaped cross section are provided in the valleys of the surface board, so it has high bending strength in the longitudinal direction and deflection strength in the width direction. This has the advantage that the width can be increased to a large width (up to about 100 cm), and the construction work can be greatly reduced. Moreover, the surface plate has a substantially triangular wave cross section, and the saucer part is attached to the joint rod attached to the groove. , so even if condensation occurs, the condensed water can be caught in the saucer part, and there is no risk of condensed water dripping below.Furthermore, the top surface of the top plate is lined with a heat insulating material. This has the advantage of improving insulation and preventing condensation.
