高温での加熱調理ができる。載置皿は4隅を切欠いた形
状としていることにより、一部の熱風を4隅の切欠き部
より載置皿で仕切られた下部の加熱室内に入れる構成と
していることにより、載置皿の下部からも一部加熱する
ことができ、載置皿を全体に効率良く加熱することと、
加熱室壁面を上半分のみ極部的に加熱することなく、下
半分もある程度加熱されることにより、加熱室壁の極部
加熱による熱歪の影響を防止できる。このような構成に
