BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as a center line separation strip device for a roadway, a device in which trapezoidal road markings made of light metal layers are installed on the road surface at appropriate intervals has been put into practical use. However, the above-mentioned signs made of light metal layer generate noise and vibration when wheels pass over them, resulting in a series of complaints from nearby residents.
In addition, due to the strong kinetic energy caused by the collision with a vehicle as it passes over the sign, cracks appear around the buried hole and gradually loosen, until the light metal sign finally escapes due to the impact and hits a passing vehicle. Due to the frequent occurrence of collisions and other secondary accidents, construction of new roads on national roads affiliated with the Ministry of Construction was prohibited about eight years ago.

In addition, there are rubber cylindrical signs glued onto the road surface, but since a large number of vehicles contact and collide with the signs arranged along the center line, they tend to break within a very short period of time. There is a flaw.

The present invention improves the problems of the prior art as described above, is free from the dangers of metal signs, is resistant to damage even when trampled by a vehicle, and is suitable for use in snowy regions except when it is snowing. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new center line separation strip device for roadways that can be used as a device and can be easily removed during snowfall to function as a center line.
[Summary of the Invention] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention consists of a vertically long flat sign and a fixing bolt that is embedded and fixed in the lower end of the flat sign and protrudes from the bottom. , molding the flat plate-like sign from a semi-rigid foamed polyurethane resin;
And, the lower part was made thick and fixed to the head of the fixing bolt and the head of the bolt in the part. At the same time, a leaf spring whose lower end is fixed to the i + eve is buried in the sign body in an upwardly erect state, and a hole is drilled in the road surface and the fixing member is screwed into the root. By embedding fixed legs to be fitted together, and screwing bolts protruding from the lower ends of the sign bodies into the fixed legs, the vertically long signs are arranged upright at appropriate intervals along the center line, thereby forming vertically long flat signs. When a vehicle comes into contact with the pipe, it easily tilts and returns to its original position due to the restoring force of the semi-rigid polyurethane resin itself and the restoring force of the leaf spring, and if necessary, a jig is inserted into the pipe to fix the flat sign. It is designed so that it can be attached to and detached from the leg.

In the state where the leaf spring 4 is raised from the spring, it is buried to a height of, for example, approximately i of the entire length. The leaf spring 4 is made of a material having a curved cross section, such as a copper strip used in a tape measure, to enhance the ability to stand upright.

Further, a retroreflector 5 is embedded in the surface of the flat marker 1. However, the retroreflector referred to here does not have a retroreflection function in the strict sense. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, a pad 5a made of soft polyethylene in which a large number of reflective balls 5b are embedded is used. In this case, since the paste 51L is not compatible with the material of the flat marker 1, it is easy to separate even if it is buried in the flat marker 1 as it is.

For this reason, an embedded paste 6 made of polyurethane resin that is highly compatible with the marker l is formed larger in width and length than the reflector paste 5a, and a stapler or the like is attached to the embedded paste 6 in advance to form the reflector. Fix pace 5a,
This is placed in the mold of the marker 1, and the embedding paste 6 is embedded in the marker 1. This state is shown in FIG. In this way, since the materials of the embedding base 6 and the sign body 1 have good compatibility, they are integrally fused together, and the embedding base 6 is embedded in the sign body. A rod-shaped jig is inserted inside and the marker 1 is rotated. In snowy countries, when it snows, the sign 1 is removed as described above, and instead, the road stud 1 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is installed.

That is, the road studs shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 consist of a road surface 11a having a height that does not interfere with snow removal work, and a building llb protruding from the center of the lower surface of the road surface 11a. , if necessary, embed the head of the POL)llb in the road surface body 11a to form an integral structure, and drill a plurality of holes 11a-1 on the road surface body 11a, and drill the holes 11a. A bottle of an attachment/detachment jig is inserted into -1 to enable attachment/detachment of road studs to/from the fixed leg 9.

As mentioned above, the sign used in the present invention is made of semi-rigid foamed polyurethane resin and molded into a vertically long flat plate, and the bottom part is fixed to a fixed leg buried in the road surface with bolts. When a vehicle or the like collides with this, the sign easily tilts and does not show any resistance due to contact with the vehicle like conventional light alloy signs, completely eliminating the drawbacks of conventional light alloy signs. Furthermore, a leaf spring is embedded inside the sign to strengthen its resilience, so when a vehicle passes by, the resilience of the sign itself and the resilience of the leaf spring act to immediately return it to its upright position. It can be restored to the original state. In addition, in the present invention, the base of the marker is made thicker and the glossy tube is embedded inside, so the marker can be removed and attached to the mD using this pipe. Therefore, in snowy countries, when it is not snowing, the center line is used as a normal center line separation strip, and when it is snowing, the sign is removed and replaced with road studs that do not interfere with snow removal. It is possible to perform the function as Furthermore, as mentioned above, the sign of the present invention is mainly made of foamed polyurethane resin, so even if it were to be cut and blown away, there is no risk of secondary accidents occurring due to this, and in such a case, the sign would be made of polyurethane foam. It can be easily replaced with a new one by inserting a jig into it and rotating it. Further, since the sign according to the present invention has a vertically long flat plate shape, the sign area is large and visibility is excellent.

As described above, the center line separator device according to the present invention has the following features:
