コイルに制御電流を入力させることにより上記ス
プール及びボビンを移動させ、固定部材であるス
リーブと上記スプールとを相対変位させるように
した直動形サーボ弁において、上記ボビンに、上
記スプール及びボビンの移動速度に比例した電圧
を誘起するようにしたコイルを、上記制御電流が
入力されるコイルとは別個に巻回して設け、且つ
該電圧を誘起するコイルで誘起した電圧を検出し
てその信号をフイードバツクさせる手段を備えた
