- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定流体が通過する管路１の管壁１ａ，１ａ
′に対して、その一辺が当接する伝導くさび３２
，３２′と、 伝導くさび３２，３２′の他辺上に、そのビー
ム軸が管壁１ａ，１ａ′に対して所定の傾斜角を
保つ姿勢で固設された送受信用超音波素子３３，
３４，３３′，３４′と、 受信用超音波素子３４，３４′に接続された交
流増幅器３８と、 交流増幅器３８に接続されたインピーダンス変
換器３９と を一体的にケース３１，３１′内に組み込んで成
る超音波トランスジユーサ。
