高級感を得る事が出来ないものであつた。 Leather is used for bags and bags such as handbags and shoulder bags. The added value of the product is increased by engraving patterns, etc. on the surface of this leather by embossing, or by adding color and luster to it, and stitch patterns are also often used as a means to increase the added value of this type of leather. has been done. However, in conventional stitch patterns, at most two needle threads and one bobbin thread are used to sew at the same time using a sewing machine, and the distance between the two sewing machine needles with two needle threads respectively attached is limited. Because of the relationship with the bobbin thread, it is not possible to make the stitch pattern wider, and when forming a stitch pattern with two or more needle threads, the needle threads must be sewn one by one or two at a time, and multiple The needle threads were misaligned or bent, making it impossible to obtain accurate and beautiful stitch patterns. Furthermore, conventional stitch patterns are flat band-like patterns, which have limitations in increasing the added value of leather. Furthermore, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-811 discloses a handbag in which two needle threads are used and an embossed pattern is formed by polymerizing a resilient material such as a sponge on the back side of a flexible material. The pattern is bulged out by a resilient material such as a sponge, and is noticeably soft, so it is easily crushed and deformed from the outside, and cannot be applied to relatively hard leather at all. In addition, since a soft material is used on the front side and elastic material is polymerized on the back side, the work is complicated, and there is a risk that the fabric may be twisted or distorted due to misalignment or tensile force between the front and back sides, giving it a solid and luxurious feel. It was something that could not be obtained.

して詳述する所より明らかとなるであろう。 The purpose of the present invention is to easily and quickly obtain stitch patterns with accurate and beautiful spacing using at least two or more preferably four needle threads, and to reduce the spacing between both ends of a plurality of needle threads in a stitch pattern. The purpose of this invention is to provide leather with a thick and luxurious stitch pattern in which relatively hard ridges are formed on the leather part where the stitch pattern is widely formed, and this will become clear from the detailed description below with reference to the drawings. Will.

が形成される。 Since stitch patterns 2 to 5 have the same configuration, stitch pattern 2 will be explained below. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, this stitch pattern 2 is about 2
It is composed of four upper threads 6, 7, 8, and 9 sewn in parallel at intervals of mm, and one lower thread 10. Of the needle threads 6, 7, 8, and 9 inserted through the plurality of sewing machine needles, in this embodiment, the needle threads 6, 9 located on both sides are threaded by the bobbin thread 10 on the back side of the leather body 1. A raised portion 11 is formed in a portion of the leather body 1 where the stitch pattern 2 is formed by being pulled inward. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, when sewing is carried out from the front side (lower part) of the leather body 1 toward the center, the bobbin thread 10 is entangled in the loop formed by each needle thread 6 to 9. However, the lower thread 10 is the upper thread 6~
9, the upper threads 6, 7, 8, 9 are entwined in this order, and the upper threads 6, 9 at both ends are strongly pulled inward by the lower thread 10, so that the part of the leather body 1 between the upper threads 6, 9, That is, the raised portion 11 is formed in the area where the stitch pattern 2 is formed.

According to this structure, a stitch pattern can be formed accurately and beautifully using at least three needle threads, Moreover, it is possible to form large ridges in the area where the stitch pattern is formed, making it possible to easily obtain a three-dimensional, wide band-like pattern.
To obtain leather products with high commercial value that have a profound and luxurious feel that is incomparable to patterns formed using soft materials and elastic materials such as sponge, and that provide a new decorative feeling. I can do it.
