Various manufacturing methods are conventionally known for the above-mentioned decorative laminates.

Moreover, since the joint-like grooves are formed using an embossing roll or the like, the grooves tend to be rounded due to the spring back of the substrate, and it is difficult to obtain sharp grooves.

Alternatively, place it on the joint pattern of the tile and apply it to the joint pattern, apply a raised coating using a flow coater or spray gun, and then remove a part of the coating film by removing the masking tape and leave the unpainted recesses. There is a method of forming an uneven pattern similar to brick or tiling.

点があつた。 However, this method requires a large amount of paint to create a three-dimensional effect. In addition, it is impossible to express a feeling of unevenness greater than that of the paint layer, and it lacks a sense of weight. Further, according to the above manufacturing method, even if a large amount of paint is used to form the film, the thickness of the paint layer is approximately uniform, so there is a drawback that the appearance does not change much.

The present invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing a decorative board which has an uneven pattern with sharp joint-like grooves and rich variation and three-dimensional effect, by appropriately applying raised coating and forming a partially exposed part of the substrate by masking on the plane part. Further, when the substrate 1 is a plate material made of a material with relatively little spring back and excellent moldability, the surface portion of the substrate 1 may be formed by press molding with an appropriate template.

上述のような欠点を防止できる。 In the present invention, the masking material 3 is placed on the substrate 1 with its upper surface spaced a distance l from the side surface of the block-shaped convex portion 2.
The reason why the masking material 3 is placed on the flat surface of the masking material 3 is that when painting is carried out with the masking material 3 in close contact with the side surface of the block-like projection 2, the lower end of the side surface of the block-like projection 2 is covered with the masking material 3. A width corresponding to the thickness of the masking material 3 may be exposed unpainted. In this case, the block-shaped protrusions 2 give the impression that they are floating above the substrate 1, resulting in an unnatural appearance, and in the case where the block-shaped protrusions 2 are provided by adhesive, the adhesive layer may be exposed. This may damage the appearance. Therefore, by arranging the blocks at intervals l as described above, it is possible to sufficiently apply the raised coating 5 to the lower end of the side surface of the block-shaped convex part 2.
The above-mentioned drawbacks can be prevented.

A band-shaped masking material made of polypropylene, PVC, Teflon, etc. with a thickness of 2 to 3 mm and a width of about 5 to 10 mm is connected to its end surfaces to form a mesh body having openings that match the shape of the block-shaped convex portion 2. Alternatively, a thin plate made of the above-mentioned material may be provided with a number of openings corresponding to the shape of the block-shaped convex portions 2 of the substrate 1 to form a mesh. The reason why the masking material 3 is used by forming it into a mesh in advance is that when a plurality of band-shaped masking materials are overlapped and arranged in a mesh, the masking material 3 lifts up at the overlapped portions, causing masking. This is because the paint wraps around the back surface of the material 3, making it impossible to obtain a good masking effect.

mm以上である。 The opening of the mesh formed by the masking material 3 is as follows:
Since it is necessary to arrange the masking material 3 at a distance l of a predetermined dimension or more from the side surface of the block-shaped projection 2, it is preferable to form the masking material 3 slightly larger than the block-shaped projection 2. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the side surface of the block-shaped convex portion 2 is formed into an inclined surface,
When the lower end of the masking material 3 is brought into contact with the lower end of the block-shaped projection 2, a gap 1 is created between the upper surface of the masking material 3 and the side surface of the block-shaped projection 2. Therefore, the openings of the mesh formed by the masking material 3 may be formed to have the same shape as the block-like convex portions 2. Further, as described above, when the side surface of the block-shaped convex portion 2 is formed into an inclined surface, it is possible to always maintain a constant distance 1 between the side surface and the upper surface of the masking material 3 when painting. When placing masking material 3,
This is preferable because it saves the effort of adjusting the distance l between the block-shaped convex portion 2 and the side surface. In addition, the above interval l
It is sufficient that the size is sufficient for the paint to adhere to the side surface of the block-shaped convex portion 2, and preferably 2.

The viscosity of the paint is determined depending on the purpose of the decorative board, for example, as shown in the drawing,
5000 ~ when finishing the painted surface with an uneven feel
10,000 centipoise is used. Such a highly viscous paint has low fluidity, so even if the masking material 3 is removed immediately after painting, the paint does not move, resulting in good manufacturing efficiency.

た。 As shown in Figures 3 and 4, thickness: 9mm, width:
On the surface of the substrate 1 made of a cement calcium silicate plate with a length of 606 mm and a length of 2430 mm, a plate with a thickness of 9 mm and a width of 50 mm to
20 plates made of several types of rectangular cement calcium silicate plates, 100mm long and 100mm to 200mm long with sides sloped at 45 degrees, were arranged approximately uniformly at intervals and bonded with epoxy resin. The block-shaped protrusions 2 were formed by adhering with adhesive. Next, after applying a sealer treatment to the surface of the substrate 1, a brick joint pattern mesh made of a rubber plate with a thickness of 2 mm and having openings having the same shape as the block-shaped convex portions 2 is placed on the surface of the substrate 1. A shaped masking material was placed with its upper surface separated by 2 mm from the side surface of the block-shaped convex portion 2. continue,
A silica colloidal inorganic paint adjusted to a viscosity of 8,000 centipoise is sprayed onto the surface of the substrate 1 almost uniformly at a rate of 1.5 kg/m 2 at a pressure of 2 to 3 kg/cm 2 using a spray gun, and the paint is built up. was applied. Immediately thereafter, the masking material was removed, dried, and a clear coat of acrylic emulsion was applied to the entire surface. As a result, a decorative board A was obtained which had a concavo-convex pattern rich in brick-like three-dimensional effect, consisting of block-shaped convex portions 2, raised portions 6 consisting of the paint layer 5, and concave portions 4 where the surface of the substrate 1 was exposed. Since the upper surface of the masking material is placed at a distance of at least a predetermined distance from the side surface of the block-shaped convex portion, the coating is performed.
It is possible to apply paint to the entire side surface of the block-shaped convex portion, and it is possible to form a decorative surface with an extremely natural appearance.
