【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は屋外に配設される電気機器ケースの気

電気機器ケースにあつては、本体ケースと蓋体
ケースとからなり、本体ケース内には継電器等の
機器が内装され、屋外に設置されることが多く、
その気密保持の面から両ケース接合部に板状パツ
キンを配設していた。第1図はその一例を示すも
ので、本体ケース1の下部に形成した凹部1a内
に板状パツキン2を配し、同パツキン2を介して
前記凹部1a内に蓋体ケース3の上端部3aを当
接させ、本体ケース1と蓋体ケース3に各々外方
へ突設した係合片1b,3bを介してボルト4に

使用による材質劣化による塑性現象の防止がはか
れ、又、無端チユーブ状として内部に空気を封入
し、弾性を持たせると共に、接合面をテーパー面
としたことにより、常に確実な気密保持を約束す
る電気機器ケースの気密構造を提供するものであ

無端チユーブ状パツキン7のテーパー面7aと当
接することとなり、本体ケース5と蓋体ケース6
の側面に各々突設した係合片5b,6bを介して
ボルト8等にて締着すると、本体ケース端部5a
は無端チユーブ状パツキン7のテーパー面7aと
当接することとなり、本体ケース5と蓋体ケース
6の側面に各々突設した係合片5b,6bを介し
てボルト8等にて締着すると、本体ケース端部5
aは無端チユーブ状パツキン7のテーパー面7a
に食い込み、この食い込みに対し無端チユーブ状
パツキン7は内部を空洞として空気を封入したこ
とによる弾性と、前記テーパー面としたことが作
用し、さらには、前述したように蓋体ケース6に
凹溝6aを設け、パツキン7を嵌装している為、
パツキン本体ケース端部5aの接合に対し、ずれ
を生じることがなく、したがつてボルト8等によ
る締着力はパツキン7に反発力を与えることにな
り、パツキン7が本体ケース端部5a面に順次馴
染みながら同端部5aを覆うような形をとる。よ
つて、両ケース間はこの無端チユーブ状パツキン
7にて面接合が得られ、気密保持が充分とれ、な
