する表皮材にフエルト等の吸音性を有する繊維材
を貼着重合して自動車の床面に近い曲面形状の基
材を形成し、自動車の床面に一致する曲面形状を
した型孔中に発泡ウレタン等の発泡性樹脂液を注
入し発泡膨化させることによりその吸音性ある発
泡フオーム材を前記基材の繊維材裏面に一体的に
重合してなることを特徴とする自動車用インシユ
