Claims (1)
導体と接続した抵抗器及び冷却フインは前記機器
筐体に形成した風胴内に設けてあつて送風装置か
らの風で冷却されるようにした半導体装置におい
て、抵抗器をメタルクラツドとするとともに前記
冷却フインに近接して配置し、さらに該メタルク
ラツド抵抗器に近接して温度センサを配置したこ
