Conventional configurations and their problems In recent years, more and more semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing processes are performed in clean rooms with extremely low dust in the atmosphere, and a high degree of cleanliness is also required. Ru. One of the causes of dust in the atmosphere is the friction of moving parts of machinery. Conventional switches and keyboards for computer terminals have the disadvantage that this mechanical moving part is exposed to the atmosphere, which causes dust. Furthermore, these keyboard switches and the like have the disadvantage that, since the electrical electrode plates are not waterproof, dust accumulated around the switch cannot be cleaned, and the dust is dispersed into the atmosphere when the keys are operated.

発明の目的 本発明は、上記欠点に鑑み、機械可動部を雰囲気中に露

FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of a switch in an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, 1 is an electrode, 2 is a pressurizing part, 3 is a pressure transmitting part, 4 is a pressure adjusting part, and 2 to 4 are made up of elastic bodies. 6 is a conductor, 6 is a fluid, 7 is a weight, and 8 is a sensor. The operation of the switch configured as described above will be explained below. First, by applying pressure to the pressurizing part 2 with a finger or the like, the pressurizing part 2 is depressed, the upper and lower electrodes come into contact with each other, and the switch is turned on.

FIG. 2 shows the state of the switch during pressurization. Then, when the pressure is removed, the electrodes separate and the switch is turned off. The pressure for pressing the switch can be adjusted by changing the weight of the weight 7 of the pressure adjustment section 4. As described above, according to this embodiment, the contact portion of the electrode plate is separated from the atmosphere outside the switch, and since there are no mechanically moving parts that cause dust, the clean atmosphere is less likely to be contaminated.

In addition, in this example, if air is used as the fluid 6 and a flexible and waterproof material such as vinyl chloride is used as the material for switches 2 to 4, the air inside the switch can be drained from the sensor 8 when not in use. By removing it, you can easily clean the switch.

Although the present embodiment shows a case where there is only one switch, the same structure can be used even in the case of a device having a plurality of switches, such as a keyboard. In this case, it goes without saying that if a plurality of switches are connected through a pressure conduction section, only one pressure adjustment section is required.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a highly clean switch by separating the electrode part from the outside of the switch, eliminating mechanical moving parts, and using flexible and waterproof materials. It can be realized, and its practical effects are similar to that of a dog.
