体と、上記半導体基体と一体化した支持電極と、
それらを内部に気密収納し両側の主電極と電気的
に接続されるそれぞれの外部電極を有する容器よ
り成る平形パツケージサイリスタにおいて、上記
支持電極を固定し、上記半導体基体端面を被う絶
縁ゴムに接触し、両側の主電極間に接続した直列
分担抵抗を、上記容器内部に設けたことを特徴と
