い。 When transporting high-temperature solid heavy objects, such as red-hot steel pieces, on a trailer, conventionally, a fireproof material such as refractory brick or heat insulating material is laid on the loading platform, and red-hot steel is placed on top of that. A piece was placed there. However, these had problems such as low mechanical strength, severe crushing damage due to heavy objects, and further deterioration of durability due to water exposure due to outdoor use. On the other hand, as another method, attempts were made to use metal frames such as cast iron pieces, with an emphasis on mechanical strength, but these had poor insulation properties and caused heat loss.
Furthermore, the temperature of the loading platform itself rises due to heat transfer, which poses a problem in terms of heat insulation of the vehicle body, making it impractical.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a frame that is excellent in mechanical strength and heat insulation and is useful for practical purposes.

In the figure, 1 is a loading platform and 2 is a red-hot steel piece. In order to support the red-hot steel pieces 2, a plurality of support frames (hereinafter referred to as frames) 3 are fixed to the loading platform 1 at appropriate intervals with bolts 4 or the like. The pedestal 3 has a structure in which a column 5 is provided to provide a certain distance between the surface of the loading platform 1 and the red-hot steel piece 2, and a steel material such as H-beam steel is used for this to maintain strength.

A heat insulating section 6 is formed to prevent this heat conduction. The structure of the heat insulating part 6 includes supporting steel plates 7, 7, round steel 8,
It is obtained by alternately incorporating a plurality of metal members such as No. 8 in a laminated manner. That is, the upper and lower support steel plates 7
A round steel 8 is interposed between them, and a gap 9 is provided by the diameter of the round steel 8. In addition, this cavity 9 is designed to penetrate in a direction in which the atmosphere can easily pass through with respect to the direction in which the vehicle is traveling.

Note that the diameter or the number of stages of the round bar 8, that is, the interval and the number of stages of the void portions 9, vary depending on the conditions of the transported object, and it is preferable to increase or decrease this as desired.

It will be carried out within a narrow range.

A shielding plate 11 may be provided to prevent this from being hit. This shielding plate 11 has a supporting member 12 fixedly attached to the column part 5, and is composed of a steel plate 13, a heat insulating material 14, and the like.

The effect can be achieved.
