Claims (1)
- 上面に直線状の凹部を有する基板と、この基板
の上面および凹部に連続して設けられ、かつ上面
全体を平坦な面とされた蓄熱層と、蓄熱層の上面
に凹部の長さ方向に千鳥状で交互に設けられた複
数の電極と、凹部の幅方向中央部の上方において
電極の先端部および蓄熱層の上面に直線状に設け
られた発熱抵抗体と、この発熱抵抗体および電極
の先端部等の上面に設けられた保護層とを具備す
ることを特徴とするサーマルヘツド。
