Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a mold assembly for a resin molded piece capable of holding a push button by a click and omitting the welding process for another piece by comprising a slidable core insert forming an undercut part, its subsidiary springs, releasing projection pin. CONSTITUTION:The desired mold assembly for the resin part 8 is obtained by comprising the slidable core insert 10 for forming the undercut part 9, the spring 11 for helping the slide of the core insert 10 and the projection pin 12 for releasing the molded piece from the mold. The core insert 10 projects until the collar of the core insert 10 comes into contact with the core body 7, is projected further by the projecting pin 12 to release the resin part 8 from the mold. り突出され、コア本体7から完全に離型しているがアン
ダーカット部9は、コアインサート10からは離型され

のを、つめにより押しボタンを保持することが可能とな
り、一体成形できるため、別ピースが不要となり、又、
別ピースの溶着工程の削減もでき大巾なコストダウンが
可能である。又、ビデオフロントパネル以外でも利用で
きるためその実用効果は大なるものがある。
