従来例の構成とその問題点
従来、アンダーカット(つめ形状)を離型させる金型装
置は第1図に示すように、アンダーカット5を離型させ

に突出し時、ピンをスライドさせなければならない。し
たがって従来のアンダーカットは4のピンがはいるスペ
ースとスライドさせられる形状でなければならないとい

発明の目的

発明の構成
本発明はアンダーカット形状が2ケ所あり近接している
ため金型装置としては、2ケ所のアンダーカット部を形
成する摺動可能に設定したコアインサートと、このコア
インサートの摺動を補助するバネと、樹脂部品を離型さ
せるだめの突出しピンとからなり、金型構造的には容易

実施例の説明
以下に本発明による一実施例を第2〜4図に基づいて説
明する。第2〜4図において、6はキャビティ、7はコ
ア本体、8は樹脂部品、9はアンダーカット部、10は
アンダーカット9を形成する摺動可能なコアインサート
、11はコアインザ−1・10の摺動を補助するバネ、
12は樹脂部品を離型させる突出しピン、13はコア本
体7を取(;Jけ、コアインサート10の高さを決め、
バネ11の支ジーをする型板である。コア本体7にはコ
アインサート10が摺動し、バネが設定可能な穴が設け
である。第2図は実施例における金型装置の成形時にお
ける状態を示している。第3図は、初期突出し時におけ
る状態を示している。樹脂部品8は突出しピン12によ
り突出され、コア本体7から完全に離型しているがアン
ダーカット部9は、コアインサート10からは離型され

発明の効果
以上のように本発明は従来のアンダーカット金型装置で
は不可能であった形状のアンダーカットが樹脂部品に設
定可能となる。これにより、従来ビデオフロントパネル
の押しボタン保持部を別ピースの溶着で行なってきたも
のを、つめにより押しボタンを保持することが可能とな
り、一体成形できるため、別ピースが不要となり、又、
別ピースの溶着工程の削減もでき大巾なコストダウンが
可能である。又、ビデオフロントパネル以外でも利用で
