DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing tiles used for interior or exterior purposes of buildings and other various purposes, and more specifically to tiles formed by applying glaze to the surface of a base material and firing the glaze. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method.

The following methods are known as conventional tile manufacturing methods. That is, clay, brick, feldspar, pottery stone, clay, etc. are mixed and crushed, and the resulting slurry is dehydrated and dried. Then, it is compression molded using a tile molding machine, and the molded product is fired. A known method is to apply a glaze to the surface of the fired product and then fire it again. Another known method is to dry the compression molded product to form a green base, apply a glaze to the surface of the green base, and then fire it. However, in tiles manufactured by the above method, the gIB adhesion between the fired body or the glaze applied to the surface of the fired body is poor, and the glaze may peel off. Or, the color tone of the base material may appear on the glaze surface, resulting in a poor color tone on the tile surface.Furthermore, the unevenness on the base surface may appear on the glaze surface, resulting in a tile with many uneven surfaces. There were drawbacks.

Therefore, the present invention has been developed to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. The glaze has high adhesion to the substrate, and the glaze itself has a clear color tone.Furthermore, the tile surface is smooth and has a good gloss. The purpose is to provide a method for manufacturing tiles.

Experimental Example 1 The glazes shown in Tables 1 and 2 below were applied to a fired body with a water absorption rate lθ~26% that had been pre-compacted and fired (C1100°C), and the results were as follows: As shown in Table 3. (Transfer time: 20 hours) Table 1 Table 2 Table 3 In the evaluation of each item above, × indicates that it is unsuitable as a product, and △ indicates that it is somewhat inferior in quality but can be used as a product. O indicates that the quality is extremely good and is desirable as a commercial product. In addition, in the overall evaluation, × indicates a product that has a clearly defective appearance and cannot be sold as a product, and △
0 indicates that the color or gloss is somewhat poor due to the condition of the base material rising on the tile surface, but the tile is functionally good and can be used as a product, and 0 indicates that the color and gloss are good. Moreover, it has good functionality as a tile, making it the most desirable product.

It is clear from Table 3 above that if frit is not used for the bottom scroll, the vB adhesion between the base material, the bottom scroll, and the bottom scroll is poor.
Peeling of the lower glaze can be seen due to light rain. In addition, if the base material itself has a water absorption rate, the color tone will change significantly when immersed in water. In other words, slight unevenness in the base color will appear in the color tone of the product. It is inferior in terms of functionality as a tile, such as problems with using it as a tile. On the other hand, when frit is used for the bottom scroll and the bottom scroll, the adhesion between the base material and the glaze is extremely good, the hiding power of the base material is also relatively hard, and a good color tone is obtained. Good smoothness can also be achieved.

Experimental Example 2 The glazes shown in Tables 1 and 5 were applied to the preformed and dried green base, and the tiles obtained by firing the glazes obtained the evaluation results shown in Table 6. (The firing was done using a Laurano skill.)

As is clear from the results in Table 6 above, when a frit is not used for the bottom scroll, the adhesion between the substrate, the bottom scroll, and the bottom scroll is poor, and the bottom scroll easily peels off.

In addition, for those without a hanging scroll, the color tone of the base material is mixed into the color tone of the product, resulting in a dark overall color tone and a lack of clear color tone. On the other hand, those using 7 lifts for both the bottom scroll and the top glaze have extremely good adhesion, hiding power, and surface smoothness.

Next, different embodiments of the present application will be described. This example shows an example in which an intermediate glaze is supplementarily applied between the lower hanging scroll and the lower hanging scroll, so that the surface of the substrate is provided with a glaze consisting of three layers: the lower hanging scroll, the intermediate glaze, and the lower hanging scroll.

Table 7 Table 1 Table 2 Table 1 O As is clear from these results, when there is no underglaze, the adhesion and hiding power (especially the change in color tone when immersed in water) are lower. These problems were solved when B containing frit was applied as the underglaze.

As described above, in this invention, the frit is used as the underglaze at 7θ~! Since the frit glaze containing θ% is used as the overcoat glaze, the frit glaze containing 7 lits at 3θ~/θO% is used, so when the tile is fired, the adhesion of the glaze to the base is high (the glaze does not peel off). This has the effect of preventing the color tone of the base material from appearing on the surface, allowing the vivid color tone of the glaze itself to appear, and furthermore, making the surface smooth and making it possible to manufacture tiles with a good gloss.
