主フライホイールに対向して設けられた副フライホイー
ルとを連結あるいは離間状態にすることにより慣性質量
を可変可能なフライホイールと、このフライホイールを
離間する方向に操作する操作部と、エンジンを始動させ
るイグニッションキースイッチと、このイグニッション
キースイッチがオンされた場合に上記操作部によって上
記副フライホイールを上記主フライホイールから一離間
させて上記主フライホイールのみが回転する状態に切換
える制御部とを具備してなる可変慣性質量型フライホイ
