に下流側を自由端にして取着した弾性を有するガイドベ
ーンと、前記シリンダヘッドの外側に回動自在に支持さ
れ、かつ、所定位置にカムを設けた制御棒と、１端を前
記ガイドベーンの裏面に、他端を前記カムにそれぞれ摺
接させて前記シリンダヘッドに摺動可能に挿通したブツ
シュロッドと、前記カムにより吸気ポート内に突出され
るブツシュロッドの復帰ばねと、エンジンの回転数検知
手段と外部負荷検知手段の出力に対応して前記ガイドベ
ーンの開度を設定すると共に該開度を回転角に換算する
制御手段と、該制御手段から送られる信号により前記制
御棒を駆動するパルスモータとからなる内燃機関のスワ
