Regarding the integration of a seat cushion body, a method for manufacturing a cushion material and an integrated seat by integrally molding the cushion material using high frequency or other appropriate heating means is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-15255.
It is described in the publication No. 7 ``Method for manufacturing seats integrated with cushioning material''. According to this, a skin is placed on the upper surface of the heat-fusible wadding, a cushioning material is arranged on the bottom surface, a fusion mold is placed in the fusion part, and the skin is fused using high frequency or other heating means. A method for manufacturing a seat integrated with a cushioning material is described, which is characterized in that a skin, a heat-fusible wine, a cushioning material or a mold, and a backing fabric are integrally molded.

[Problems in the prior art and their technical analysis] (2) Regarding the integration of the conventional cushioning material, a powder or liquid adhesive is applied to the fused portion of the molded urethane or slab urethane material formed in the shape of the seat. The skin and the cushion body are laminated by impregnating the skin with molded urethane or slab urethane material, and the skin and the cushion body are integrated. (1) Large-scale equipment is required for the impregnation process to impregnate the powder or liquid adhesive. (2) The impregnation process takes time; (3) It is difficult for the fusion agent to penetrate the mold urethane or slab urethane agent uniformly; as a result, uniform fusion is difficult due to uneven impregnation.・ (4) When welding by impregnating a powder or liquid adhesive, most of the adhesive solidifies within the impregnated area, and some of it melts out from the impregnated area and forms a bond with the mating material to be joined. Since it merely adheres, it has the disadvantage of low adhesive strength.

[Technical Problems] (3) Therefore, the present invention omit the conventional process of impregnating a welding agent in fusing the seat skin and the cushion body, thereby shortening the processing time and improving the welding process. Even,
There is a technology whose technical problem is to manufacture a uniformly fused sheet [technical means] The technical means taken to solve the above technical problem are:
In order to fuse the outer skin and the cushion body, a high frequency adhesive sheet such as nylon or PVC sheet is used instead of the adhesive.

The above technical means works as follows. That is, as a manufacturing method for the skin and cushion body, (1) recessed grooves for fixing the skin and for design are provided on the surface of the molded urethane cushion body, and (2) grooves are punched out in the same shape as the groove pattern and are high-frequency fusion bondable. Spread the sheet material or a sheet material band of the same width as the groove width over the entire bottom of the groove of the cushion body, (4) (3) Fix the cushion body on the high frequency lower mold, (4)
In the shape of a seat cover, cover the cushion body with the skin or laminate skin that forms the stile, and (5) pressurize the skin and the cushion body with a high-frequency upper mold (6).
Next, high frequency fusion is performed, and (7) the high frequency fusion sheet is fused and solidified to integrate the outer skin and the cushion body.

By the above method, the outer skin and the cushion body are integrated by fusing the high-frequency fusing sheet material.

The present invention produces the following unique effects. In other words, because a nylon or other seat band adhesive is used to fuse the skin and cushion body, the absolute amount of adhesive interposed between the skin and the cushion body is large, and it is difficult to melt during high-frequency welding. The adhesive penetrates the entire joint surface of both the skin and the cushion body at the same time, creating a strong anchoring effect, resulting in extremely strong adhesion.
Moreover, the adhesion effect is uniformly exhibited, and there is no need for a step of impregnating a coalescing agent, making it possible to significantly shorten the processing time.
