様にブレード補強層の編み目より内面ゴム層の一部が膨
出するのを防ぐ、ゴムホースの製造方法として内面ゴム
層をあらかじめ半加硫しておくことにより、ゴムホース
カロ硫時にブレード補強層が収縮を生じて内面ゴム層に
くし、込んでもブレード補強層の編み目より内面ゴムの
一部を膨出させないゴムホースの製造方法も公知である
。か)るゴムホースの製造方法はブレード補強層の編み
目より内面ゴム層の一部が膨出しないので、外面ゴム層
の表面に凹凸を生ずることもないので彼鉛工程はわざわ
ざ設ける必要がなくゴムホースを安価に製造出来る。

外面に外面ゴム層を被覆し本加熱加硫し、繊維のブレー
ド補強層を有するゴムホースを製造したことにある。
