Claims

A circular female hole 6 is provided in a bobbin thread groove 4 that extends from the needle hole 3 of the needle plate 1 disposed on the top surface of the sewing machine bed to the front in the cloth feeding direction, penetrating vertically and forming a blade portion 5. The female hole 6 is formed into a semicircular shape whose upper end matches the bobbin thread groove 4, and is connected to a drive mechanism so that the female hole 6 is engaged with the lower blade part 5 and the bobbin thread cutter 8. is rotatably fitted loosely into the bobbin thread trimming bar 7, and an arcuate portion 10 and a thread for constantly pressing the bobbin thread trimming blade 8 of the bobbin thread trimming bar 7 against the inner periphery of the female hole 6.
