Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 施すための西ドイツ特許出願（特許明細Ｒ）　Ｎｏ　Ｐ
　３　３２４　０９６、５　＞による装置に関する。
背景にある現状技術については、西ドイツ特許出願（特
許明細書Ｐ３３　２４　０９６．５　）において提出さ
れている書類に記されて９するとおりである〇本発明が
目的とするのは、印ｔ＋ｉｌＪ　ｉ吻゛のノく面の限定
区域の（切抜き模様形の）ニス引きに特に適するニス引
き装置ζこ付加して、任意の層厚さのニス引きを行える
ような別のニス引き装置を開発し、提供することにある
。
本発明によれば、この目的は、特許請求の範囲第１項に
特徴として記すところによって解決される。
このニス引き装置によれば、押圧板円筒の上にある１つ
の可撓性の凸版式抑圧板を働かせてニス引きを実施でき
る。この凸版式抑圧板には、希望するニス引き操作を実
現させるための区域分けが為されている。
この複式ニス引き装置によって、限定区域のニース引き
を１つのニス引き装置、抑圧板円筒および着は円筒によ
って印刷物上に施すこともてきるし。
また任意の層厚さの全面ニス引きを別の１つのニス引き
装置および着は円筒によって行うこともてきる。
これら２つのニス引き装置を同時に用いることにより、
ニスの層厚さが最大の製品を得ることもてきる。
添付の図面において、１つのニス引き装置が別の１つの
ニス禮き装置の上方に設けられている状態を示す。
図に示す印刷機にお、いて、最終段の印刷装置ユニット
１に公知の方式のインキ装置２および湿し装置３が付帯
している。この最終段の印刷装置コーニソト１に後続し
て、１つの複式ニス引き装置が設ケラれている。ここに
おいては、ニス引き装置４の上方に付加的ニス引き装置
５が配置されている。印刷された枚葉紙は、最終段の印
り１装置ユニツト１からニス引き装置４ないし５に送ら
れる０ニス引き装置４ないし５において後処理され１こ
枚葉紙は、チェーンデリバリ一式の排紙装置１２によっ
て排紙パイル１３に搬送される０ ニス引き装置４の上方に配置された付加的ニス引１き装
置５は、貯め容器８の中で回転する浸漬ローラ７、調量
ローラ９、横振り均しローラ１０および着はローラ１１
て成っている。着はローラ１１は、押圧板円筒６と直接
に接触している。可撓性の凸版式抑圧板を装着した押圧
板円筒６は、その上に来たニスを着は円・筒１４に移行
させるが、この着は円筒１４は枚葉紙を送る枚葉紙送り
胴１５と接してそれと協働する０枚葉紙送り胴１５には
、図には示していないが、沈んだ位置にある爪装置が伺
属している。すなわち、その爪装置の背は後処理される
べき枚−葉紙の表面より沈んだ位置にある。後処理が終
った後、枚葉紙送り胴１５は枚葉紙を排紙装置１２に引
渡肱排紙装置１２はその枚葉紙を排紙パイル１３に搬送
する。
貯め容器８には、印刷された枚葉紙の後処理に用いられ
るニス１６がある。浸漬ローラ７が回転する間、このロ
ーラ７がニス１６を汲出し、それを調量ローラ９に渡す
。調量ローラ９と直接に接触している着はローラ１１は
、押圧板円筒６の上に取付けられたしかるべく形どられ
た凸版式抑圧板の上にニス１６を移行させる。横振り均
し電」−ラ１０は、着はローラ１１の上のそこで決まっ
ているニス引き領域内において二、スを一様に分配する
。そのニス引き領域を版サイズに合わせて決めることは
、調量ローラ９に押し当っている不図示の掻きとり装置
によって行われる。
抑圧板円筒６の上の凸版式抑圧板には、ニス引きて働く
べき面がしかるべき形をなして設けられている。凸版式
抑圧板′のこの浮彫りになった血合こニスが付着し、そ
の位置に対応する着は円筒１・１上の場所にニスは移さ
れる。以降のニスの移行は、着は円筒１４から直接に枚
葉紙、すなわち枚葉紙送り胴１５の上に来た枚葉紙へと
行われる。
本発明によるこの実施例においては、西ドイツ特許出願
（特許明細書Ｐ３３２４０９６．５　）　によるニス引
き装置に相当する部分４のみを使用することもできるが
、印刷物上に特に切抜き模様のニス引きを行う必要があ
れば、付加的ニス引き装置５を機能させれば良い。−ま
た、ニスの層厚さを特に大きくする必要があれば、両方
のニス引き装置４と５を同時に機能させれば良い。

第１図は、本発明によるニス引き装置を備えた印刷機の

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　印刷機において印刷の過程を終えた後で印刷物
    に対し、３つのローラを用いて後処理剤、特に言えばニ
    スを施すための装置であって、前記３つのローラは、前
    記後処理剤を貯め容器から汲出すための第１のローラと
    、該後処理剤の０１、給量を規制するための第２のロー
    ラと、印１ｉｉ１装置の胴と同じ直径を有し該後処理剤
    を前記印１ｉ：ｌｌ物に移行せしめると共に、表ｍｉが
    ？ｉ’ｌ＃によって不連続になってはいない円筒状を為
    しており、該後処理剤を該印刷物に直接に刺着せしめる
    ようコムの被覆を有している第３のローラとで構成され
    、これら３つのローラは前記後処理剤を施す運転中の間
    は前記印刷物を送る胴とギヤＯこよるかみ合い状態を保
    っている装置であって、表面が７１♂Ｉによって不連続
    になっておりニス引き用の可撓性の凸版式抑圧板の支持
    体となっている押圧板円筒（６）が、表面が溝によって
    不連続になってはいない着は円筒（１４）に共属してい
    ること、該押圧板円筒（６）にニス引き装置（５）が共
    属していること、および該押圧板円筒（６）が着は円筒
    （１４）と相接して働くこと、を特徴とする印刷機にお
    ける後処理剤を施すための装置。
  2. （２）ニス引き装置（４）および（５）力月固々に、あ
    るいは同時に着は円筒（１４）ないし抑圧板円筒（６）
    に押し当てられることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１
    項に記載の装置。
