However, in order to manufacture rain gutters with corners, there are no marks, etc., and the rigidity of the metal plate makes it difficult to bend easily and with high precision, and it is difficult to reinforce the corners, which are susceptible to external forces. There was a problem.

The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, a T die 12 having an extrusion port in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axial direction of the extruder 11 is provided at the tip of the extruder 11.
A sheet-like metal foil 3 such as aluminum foil or copper foil is supplied to the machine, and a synthetic resin 1 such as a molten hard vinyl chloride resin, which is pumped from an extruder 11, is fed into a T-die 1.
At step 2, the direction is changed and the metal foil 3 is buried almost entirely in the synthetic resin 1. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the metal foil 3 is extruded from the extrusion opening of the T-die 12, and a plurality of thick portions 5 are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, so that the metal foil 3 covers almost the entire area as shown in FIG. A sheet-like material 6 of the embedded synthetic resin 1 is molded. Next, this sheet-like material 6 is cooled in a cooler 13,
Sheet form: While the object 6 remains in a plastic state, both sides of the thick portions 5 are bent using a shaping machine 14 such as a sizing die or forming roll so that each thick portion 5 is on the inside, and then taken off. The rain gutter is taken over by a machine 15 and cut into a predetermined size by a cutter 16 to obtain a rain gutter in which the metal foil 3 is embedded almost entirely over the entire structure as shown in FIG. That is, the corner parts 4, 4 connecting the bottom part 7 with the indoor upright part 8 and the outdoor upright part 9 are inclined upward from both sides of the bottom part 7 toward the indoor upright part 8 and the outdoor upright part 9, respectively. A sloped portion is formed. Further, an ear portion 10 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is provided above the outdoor upright portion 9.
This ear portion 10 is located above the ear portion 10 of the indoor side upright portion 8. A thick part 5 of the synthetic resin 1 is located at each corner 4, and the inside of the metal foil 3 is thicker than the other parts. This rain gutter is installed under the eaves as an eaves gutter with the indoor side upright part 8 disposed on the indoor side. Incidentally, the sheet-like material 6 as shown in FIG. 5 is bent upward and inward to form a corner 4 as shown in FIG.
A rain gutter may be formed such that the thick portion 5 of the metal foil 3 is located on the outside so that the outside of the metal foil 3 is thick. In addition, the rain gutter of the present invention can be applied not only to eaves gutters but also to valley coils. [Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, the metal foil is embedded almost entirely in the synthetic resin in advance to form a sheet-like product, so when a core material is inserted and directly formed into the shape of a rain gutter, In comparison, metal foils with accurate dimensions such as thickness can be easily obtained, and since metal foils are flexible and thin, they are compatible with synthetic resins and can be easily molded. Since a rain gutter is formed by separating a thick part and bending at this thick part, it is easy to use this thick part as a guide when forming a rain gutter by sizing die or roll forming. Furthermore, it is possible to bend the rain gutter with high precision, and to obtain a rain gutter with reinforced corners without variations or deviations in dimensions, and the metal foil is formed over almost the entire area obtained in this way. Even though the buried rain gutter is reinforced with metal foil, the elasticity of the synthetic resin is not lost, and it is easy to perform drilling and cutting, and the thick corners are formed so that it is not particularly susceptible to external forces. It is possible to reinforce corners that are easily damaged.
