On the other hand, the multifilament 4 is supplied from the front roller 5 of the drafting device 1, polymerized or combined with the drafted short fiber fleece, and then wound up while being heated. However, in the cored spun yarn produced by this method, the multifilament twisted into the spun yarn as a core and short fibers have poor entanglement and conjugation, and both fibers are easy to separate, so the friction is lower than the tensile strength. It has the disadvantage of poor resistance (straining resistance), and during weaving or braiding, the multifilament and short fibers often separate partially due to the friction applied to the yarn, damaging the appearance of the fabric. In order to improve the above-mentioned problems, a method has recently been proposed in which multifilaments are opened and then superimposed on short fiber fleece, heated, and wound. A fiber opening device using static electricity and a fiber opening device that applies tension fluctuations are complicated and expensive, and are by no means suitable as mass production equipment.

The distance between the rollers 14 and 16 is greater than the fiber length of the short fibers, and an apron 26 is provided between both rollers 14 and 16.
The present invention provides a ring spinning machine in which the filament 1
1 is supplied from the middle rollers 15, 16 located behind the front rollers 13, 14 and polymerized on the short fiber fleece 10 that has been drafted, and both the polymerized fiber bundles 10,
11, the middle rollers 15, 16 and the front roller 13
, 14, a small amount of draft (approximately 1.1 to 1.3 times) is applied to the multifilament 11 so as not to cut it, and the multifilament 11 is sent out from the front rollers 13 and 14, heated through a traveler 24 as is well known, and composited. It is made with spun yarn 27.

れる。In the method of the present invention, as described above, the multifilament 11 is supplied from the middle rollers 15 and 16 behind the front rollers 13 and 14, and the multifilament 1
Since a draft of about 1.1 to 1.3 times is applied to the multifilament 1, the multifilament 11 is flattened, and some of the single fibers in the multifilament are flattened by the traction force of the front rollers 13 and 14. The rollers 13, 14 are pulled out against the gripping force, and the tension is applied to the middle rollers 13, 1.
4, the relaxation phenomenon is induced in other single fiber groups 11a which are receiving normal draft as shown in FIG.
is curved in a loop shape and spread laterally of the single fiber group 11b extracted by the above-mentioned slip, and at the same time, due to this curving phenomenon, the single fiber group 11 is opened and moved by the middle rollers 15, 16. The supply amount increases, and the fibers are polymerized on the short fiber fleece 10 that has been drafted even in the opened state.

The opening action continues. The above-mentioned opening phenomenon can be achieved by making the load (gripping force) of the middle rollers 15, 16 slightly smaller than that of the front rollers 13, 14, and more preferably using a metal roller with a smooth surface as the top roller 15 of the middle rollers 15, 16. In particular, the so layer can be prominently expressed.

kg, and the loading pressure of the front rollers 13 and 14 should be approximately 8k9 per spindle. However, the magnitude of these loading pressures is appropriately determined depending on factors such as the physical properties of the multifilament 11, the number of single fibers assembled, and the thickness of the single fibers. Note that when carrying out the spinning method according to the present invention, the above-mentioned front rollers 13, 14 and middle roller 1 are used.
Although the difference in the loading force between the rollers 13, 14 and 15, 16 is also important, the key is to provide a difference in the gripping force between the two rollers, and apply pressure between the rollers 13, 14 and 15, 16 to the multifilament 11.
When a draft of about 1.3 times is applied, the multifilament is temporarily stretched within its elongation range, and at the same time some of the single fiber groups 11b are drawn by the middle rollers 15, 1.
It is important to develop the phenomenon that the multifilament slips and is pulled out from the part where the gripping force is slightly weak, and the two types of behavior of the multifilament are as follows:
Since the multifilaments 11 are more clearly expressed in a state where the multifilaments 11 are polymerized and gripped with the short fiber fleece 10, the front roller 1 is
This is largely due to the small amount of drafting effect provided by No. 3 and 14. In this way, in the present invention, the multifilament 11 is supplied from the middle rollers 15, 16 located behind the front rollers 13, 14 and polymerized on the short fiber fleece 10 that has been drafted, and both the polymerized fiber bundles 10, 11 is given a draft of about 1.1 to 1.3 times, then heated and wound to form a composite spun yarn 27,
As a result, it is possible to obtain a composite spun yarn in which the short fibers are intertwined between the single fibers of the multifilament 11 and the multifilament 11 is covered with the short fibers.

である。That is, as described above, after the multifilament 11 is opened, superimposed on the short fiber fleece 10, and supplied from between the middle rollers 15 and 16, the tensile force of the front rollers 13 and 14 and the rotation by the traveler 24 are applied. As shown in FIG. 5, the opening width W of the ribbon-like fibers is gradually reduced under the influence of the heating action, and some of the short fibers whose density has become coarser under the draft action of the front rollers 13 and 14. It reaches the front rollers 13 and 14 while being sandwiched between the single fibers of the multifilament 11, and the front roller 1
3 and 14, the multifilament 11 is heated and tensioned to form a composite spun yarn 27 whose surface is covered with short fibers.
