Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、水工系可鋳性材Hの補強として使用可能な椹屏f・3/τF)15糸 状、備、>(f索に閂づ−るものである。
このJ:うな補強を可1′1ヒにJる異なる種類のζ栽♀11のうち、1法の異 なる一種の糸状繊♀1(はそれらの繊維の長手方向に沿って規則的<、j波形分 イ5を右ηる。
従来技術において、この種の糸状繊維に属する繊維は、コンクリ−1〜に自効な 補強を与えることは不可能である。実際に1.1−4足のいく固定を確実にす゛ るために(よ、補強材料中に高めの振幅や少し長めの波長をイj1Jる波形が使 用されてさ′だ。
このような幾何学的特徴は、コンクリ−1〜内で繊維がちつれて、供託の玉を形 成づ゛る順向があるという事実から、コンクリ−1〜中にこれらの繊維を練り混 ぜる際、使用上かイヱリ小大なN点ど<rる。このような使用上の困テ11から この種の楳11[の使用を不11丁能としてさた。
モこて、この′種の繊維によって補強された強化石質4A :!:lのあらゆる 要因を管理研究した結宋、最適でしかも前述の使用困胤を伴うことなくコンクリ ートの実際の補強事実によって従来技ifiに係る繊維と区別される先に述へた 類の波形を0′?fる識紐を提案した。
前記の提案を行なうに当り、次の要因か与える影響を究明した。
−波形の振幅 一波長 一繊維長さ 一繊イf直径 一引張抵抗によって原則的に特徴づ【プられる鋼オオ成分の性?ぢ−補強される へき基質の同行抵抗 例えば、コンクリ−1〜に右利な補強効果を確実にIJ日えるため、コンクリー トにいがなる力が加えられても繊維は可及的長くコンクリート中に固定される必 要がある。施工において使用される従来のコンクリート補強に当り、以下の特徴 を採用することにより使用上の困難は伴わない。
−縦軸上の最大波形振幅 1がら15d−最大波長 10.6 −最小波長 7d −最大繊維長さ 65d −最小繊維長ざ 45d −鋼4オの性質:引張力による切断か1l101(/mm2以上150 K g / m m ”以下であること一織紹直径((1) 最大1.2mm コンクリ−1−20から40 K g / m ”の割合で使用される最適な機 紐の使用例としては補強コンクリートにおいては次の織雉素の種類で0.25% から05丁≦の混合率である。
−直径 lmm −波形幅 lmm −波長 8inm −繊維長さ G OIHI −破断時用・;圧力 130kg/mm2添付図面にJ3いてニ ー第1図は実1jji (1r” ’l )の波形識頼であり、−第2図は第1 図の繊維の一部所面拡大図である。
図中dは直径、λは波長、そし−Caは振幅を示す。
波形は、従来方法で形成される。リーなわら、例えば巻回された線材か巻戻され 、そして回転Jる。7.11雌の転動子の間の通路を通過して適切な外形を形成 しなから連続した波形を形成する。次いて、この線材は、一方か歯形で他方が平 滑な一対の回転車により所定の長さに切断される。切断される311月の長さは 回転車の回転速度により規定される。
本発明は記載された詳細な説明おJ、び例示されたデータに限定されるもので( よないことは勿論である。
