Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. In a mask cylinder reservoir where the reservoir body is sealed with a cap via a diaphragm that covers the liquid level of hydraulic oil, the air chamber between the diaphragm and the cap is divided into two upper and lower chambers. In order to achieve this, a plate having a peripheral edge portion that presses and holds the peripheral edge of the diaphragm with the mouth edge of the reservoir body is interposed between the cap and the diaphragm, and air communication is provided near the center of this plate to communicate the two divided chambers. A reservoir for a mask cylinder, characterized in that a hole is formed through the plate, and a means for ensuring communication is provided around the air communication hole on the lower surface of the plate to prevent the air communication hole from being blocked by a diaphragm. 2.
